They have a lot of excellent fitness classes. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! The hours are great for seniors as well as people who work and visit in the evening and on weekends! They also have specialty classes in. TaeKwonDo, kick boxing and more!

Pretty decent gym. Nice selection of machines to use. Some classes are also included at no additional cost. I also like all the windows that let in a lot of natural light. You should also check out the Green Tomato Cafe. Pretty decent food and drinks at good prices

Double E Digital Photography & Video

Love this facility for the features it offers and the monthly membership dues. The Café is definitely a plus to enjoy a healthy snack along with the free Wi-Fi for web browsing. Also offers secured parking - not armed guards, but Guys in watch stations.

Very nice gym to work out at. They have a sauna in the women locker room and a track upstairs. They also have a great cafe with some really good food. This is a nice positive, affordable, respectful, & amazing gym.

I doubt theres a better gym in Chicago. No contract and tons of perks! Great cafe next door. What I love most is the comfortable environment and great view of the skyline upstairs. Theres a balcony area as well!
