We had my sons 3rd birthday here this weekend. It was wonderful! Everyone (the kids and adults) enjoyed it. The venue is really nice and bright. The old equipment and trucks they have are really neat. They have hats and gear for the kids to put on. Scott is the director and is wonderful too! He set up the tables and chairs for us, gift bags and helped us arrange the firestataion tour. He was great to work with. The fire station is next door. The tour was very fun and impressive. The firemen let the children get into the firetrucks and the did a few fun demonstrations. We will definitely have another party here in the future.

This beacon of Tampas history is a worthwhile trip. The substantial brick building itself is a testament to the strength and heart of the firefighters who used it. Anyone who loves history, community service or simply has a curiosity about the lineage of the firefighting role in Tampas past would enjoy this place. We are so grateful to those men and women who give so much and we felt humbled being in this historic place.

A great place for kids and the events that are done there are great! Support your local Museum that preserves Tampa Fire Rescue History and is a great support to local Firefighters.

Great place to take young kids to. Lots of hands on things for them to do. Staff is very nice, and a wealth of knowledge about fire history in the Tampa area

This is a small museum that presents interesting details about the history of firefighting and is fun for children from as early as 2 years old.

Served as the host site of a 5K, neat representation of those that serve their community as first responders.

Nice venue - they did a beautiful restoration to the building and the museum looked pretty fun for kids.

This was a really neat muesum. They have some very old items. They are still adding items.

Tiny but interesting museum. My toddler enjoyed it. There is an area for kids to play.

Good place to learn the history of the Tampa Fire Department. Very nice gift shop.
