I had scheduled a birthday party thru their website on October 8th for a party for BOTH my sons. I called three times to confirm the event with the last two times being a ok. The first time I confirmed LARRY the manager their had put it in the wrong book. The day of the event I get there and the young man tells me that there is a lane reservation but no party. Larry decides to come out and say well I didnt get that part but you have the day and the lanes. That was not the point I was trying to make. Three times I called about a BIRTHDAY RESERVATION AND THREE TIMES IT WAS CONFIRMED. The day of the party I get there and nothing is set up not even a single balloon. While they did give a discount it still Doesnt make up for the fact that my boys were expecting a birthday party and a month later my oldest still ask why he didnt have directions like the other boy who was having a party a few lanes down. Hopefully this "mix up" wont happen to someone else.

I took my family here about two weeks ago. I had games card (passes) that I bought during a spring break special. I was never informed that I needed to activate them in order to use them on our next trip to the bowling alley. After waiting in line for 20/30 minutes, I was informed that I could not use my free games on the passes until I activate the cards. I asked if this was something I could do quickly, right then, and was told yes. I got on my phone to being activating only to find theres a whole form to fill out for EACH card. (Personal Info and stuff). I began to do it, but told my family never mind because its hard to do on a phone, I needed my laptop or a desktop computer. Need less to say, we went to a different bowling ally that day. I was already mad because I would of had to stand in line AGAIN.

I came here with my 4 yr old son to just have some fun with him as he was really looking forward to bowling today and when i arrived i was told that i could not get a lane because they had a league which was about to begin which was fine so i played some games with my son as ge really wanted to do something and i didnt want to waste the trip. An hour goes by and still no league play is under way and tons of lanes were open so we could have easily played a few games or an hour with no interruption to the league and my son was quite disappointed as was i so that really was not a pleasant experience at all!! L

Slow service, crappy food service, mediocre lanes. Why have a reservation line for busy times when youre "first come, first serve"?! And Im tired of being put on a lane in between parties of 15 people with no concept of bowling etiquette/courtesy. Yes, I get it, were all there to have a good time. However, if theres an open lane with a little more room not being used, you could move bowlers when they ask. If youre just in it for fun maybe not a bad place. If youre a serious bowler, do NOT waste your time here...

The staff was great and friendly except the older Ladie cooking food she seemed a bit unhappy to be there. The food was not great my chicken sandwich tasted burnt the fries were great!! My husband had the club it tasted as if the bread was old also the crust was so hard but the bread was not toasted well. My kids had a blast used cupons. But the actual price per person was $6-7 each shoes are free will come back but will probibly never get food again

Looks nice people are nice but a ripoff . I bowled for the 1st time here and they took me for my money by telling me i bowled all my frames . I didnt know u cant bowl the next lane when its not your go. What i mean is you know when your bowling you get two lanes and you bowl one at a time well i had some practse shot in my lane that i paid for and they took me off and told me i use up all my frames . That is bs

Celebrated my Sons 28th birthday. All ages from 4 to 54 had so much fun. The breakfast was good, the pizza was great and the place smelled and looked so clean. The maintenance guy Larry even stop to dance with the kids and was very friendly and helpful so dont hesitate to get everyone together and go bowling, We did and loved it. I liked these guys after I got over sticker shock. Price seemed to high for one game but once I listened, I found their second price, bowling for two hours above and beyond price that was asked. Shoes were included. Quite a ball selection. I found the ball weight and finger size quickly. Family oriented. Will go again.

Love this bowling center. Theyve been a great partner to our non profit over the years and this location is always clean, the games in the arcade are always working, and all the lanes are level. Its nice having a full bar as well and the food is good typical bowling center food, cheap and delicious.

Cyber bowling is an great experience! As it has black and disco lights on instead of regular lights. As well as it plays popular and dance music during bowling. Downside is that your recommended to make reservations for lanes as it is usually crowded, and the cafe prices has gone up.

Three were leagues so there was no music until 11. But once the leagues were fine they dripped the lights and turned the music on. Its a nice bowling alley but if youre going early just call prior to reserve a lane and ro see if a league is playing.

I made a reservation online (as suggested), got a "thank you for making your reservation " ,but there was no reservation. Showed up to play and was told "sorry, nothing we can do...if you want to bowl it will be at least an hour. Not impressed.

No service, food not great, arcade in disrepair, pool tables were dirty, OK music, poor lighting. This place is clearly designed to get 9-year-olds in the door. If you want to bowl and have a beer with friends, go elsewhere. Not for adults.

The Lanes & service were poor. The lanes were sticky and your feet could not slide. Attempted to complain to management multiple times with no help. The bar service was also very slow. Checkin takes forever. Not a good experience.

If you like bowling or just hanging out with friends this is a fun inexpensive place to meet and have a good time. Saturday night with the family was great. Food at the snack bar is awesome. Order nachos al la cart or the BBQ pizza.

Place is kind of dated. Staff is ok, we asked what would be the best deal and thought we got it, but upon leaving, we realized we could have shoved money by purchasing a deal we werent told about. Id rather go somewhere else.
