So I go to the alley, and they have a promotion called "quarter mania". They draw you in with the great promotion only to give you a bad experience. I waited 30 minutes without a single word of joining a wait list. When 9:30 rolled around to start paying as I did Tuesday expecting to walk up pay and go to my lane. Theres a waiting list. Dayna was very rude exclaiming that there was a list we had to join, just skipping us and attending the other guests on the list, then when Mark arrived again, rude and acted like we were bothering him. He kept exclaiming about the list, the list. If they have waiting list maybe they should announce it over the intercom to come going if we are waiting for a certain promotion to begin at a certain hour. Ive had my run ins with mark brushing it off but tonight was it. I dont know how he is still in costumer service. If he cant handle it at a bowling alley I dont expect him to handle it anywhere else. Being that this bowling alley is down the road Im ashamed of its management and poor organization skills. If you go to this bowling alley always ask every little piece of information, and get it from two sources before someone tells you your a liar to your face. If there was less than one star it would get it.

NEVER I REPEAT NEVER pay for their party lanes. First they forgot to record the original reservations our party had for 3pm instead we had to switch (the day before) the party for noon and therefor lost half our party goers. Second you pay for a time frame and the staff dances on the lanes for 10 minutes stopping the game. If you havent completed your game by the end of party time they cut you off mid game. Not to mention they end it early for "cake and present time" as if we could not continue bowling and do presents. We were cut off at frame 8 and didnt get to finish. To sum it up They do about 5-7 minutes of announcements before you start...then dance for ten minutes on the lanes and charge you more for "party lanes" then the normal lane so that they dictate your entire schedule and you cant even finish one game. they have mastered ripping off consumers. Just reserve regular lanes and bring your own pizza ($5 little Caesars) because the pizza was a JOKE as well...waxy cheese and the cheapest store bought crust available. TOTAL AND. OMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS ALLEY!

I just went here for the first time and am absolutely infatuated with it. We got wristbands for cosmic bowling and had a blast. My friend and I were surpriseqd when they did not charge extra for the bowling shoes. We paid $12.00 each to bowl in our own lane from midnight until 2:30am. They also have arcade games and a pub and grill attached. They played awesome music that had me dancing and taking pictures. They even played a super new song by my favorite "underground", youtube cover artist, Conor Maynard called Are You? The black lights made everyone glow and the art on the lanes pop out at you. The neon colors were tantalizing my eyes. I felt like I was a kid in the 90s again. I would/will 100% return for future visits. I cannot wait to try out the other sides and activities. Its very family friendly which is a delight for me because I cannot wait to take my son there. They even have a insiders club that sends you texts when they have a special like 2 for 1 cosmic bowling that they had last week.

Me and my boys go here often so I booked a birthday party and I invited 12 and only 7 showed up including birthday boy. So instead of buying two strike packages I changed my plan at the alley for only one, My party planner was 25 minutes late.one person came and saw no party so they left . None of my balls or shoes were ready. After I had given all this info before party. My childrens names were not programmed in computerand when I finally got someone to do this they put all 7 on one lane. so after I noticed I was being charged for two lanes I decided to bowl on other lane.my pizza was cold, the glow sticks I had ordered were not put together I had to do this myself. Yes I was in tears because the parents were complaining it was totally unorganized and yes I was compensated by a free bowling pass and 30 off of 200. I will just continue being a customer on Tuesdays no more birthday parties VERY DISSAPOINTING!!!

Walked in & wanted to bowl. Estimated 90-120 mins wait time. I can kinda understand for a Saturday early evening. So we decided to get something to eat & have some drinks. We were sat & we didnt see a waitress for almost 5 mins. Then a young lady said shes covering for someone else & if she can get our drink orders. She did. Another 10 mins before our actual waitress came & took our order. We waited about another 10 mins or so when I look over & see our drinks being made & see that the bartender was making my sex on the beach with some sort of syrup & realized this was going to be a disaster with young adults making my drink. We ended up leaving without touching the drink. The service was just terrible. People have asked me to give it another chance but I dont think I will!! Its the only "fun" thing to do in this area & they ruined it. Sorry!

I come here every Sunday to catch the game because my team doesnt always get put on in Tampa. I ordered the wings and they came out in a set of 8 vice 6 which was great. They have hot wings and barbecue so I asked him mix and they did it with ease. Upgraded TVs throughout, all the games are on Direct TV NFL ticket. The wings that I ordered came out still steaming hot which was outstanding they were cooked to the perfect crispness. Waitress has been outstanding and quick with all requests. Military friendly law enforcement friendly and discounts offered. Always fun to come here recommend coming out because you can also use the bowling alley with the family. Plenty of video games and other amenities as well. The bathrooms are always clean. Laurel is a great server and would rec to ask for her!

I wish I could give the Alley less than 1 Star! Weve tried going there several different times over the last 6 yrs and weve never had a good experience. I agree with a lot of the other posts about service, wait times, trying to get on a lane to bowl, and booking the VIP Room. We actually even booked one of there private meeting rooms, when we go there both rooms were filled. We were told we could put a few tables together in the restaurant. Why would we pay for a meeting room only to meet in the restaurant area which is extremely loud. No refund for the private meeting room & they told us we had to purchase $50 worth of food plus tip or pay $50 to meet in the restraunt.

The Chuck E. Cheese of bowling alleys, this place is great for families but lousy for bowlers. The set up of the lane tables leaves you feeling cramped between the people on either side of you--granted I was not in the uncharged VIP bowling area. The lack of the customary barriers between lanes means people are constantly walking through your area and blocking your view. I love to see kids taking an interest in bowling, but people need to control their kids. Having kids walking across the lanes (in front of the ball return) isnt just irritating, its unsafe. A lot of this could be remedied by changing the seating arrangement. I probably wont go back.
