I came here to see about admission to the reenactment space, as well as looking for souvenirs for the kids. The admission was higher than I wanted to pay and it was later in the day, so I only visited the gift shop. After browsing and making a selection, I waited in line behind another patron who was attempting to purchase tickets for one of the train tours. The customer in front of me was a native Spanish speaker and the employee, Mary Ann, acted like he would better understand her if she just continually increased the volume of her complicated explanation. She turned to her coworker in exasperation asking if he spoke Spanish. He was trying to help the customer, who simply wanted the tour materials and map in Spanish, but apparently they dont make them. Mary Ann didnt acknowledge that I was standing there waiting, nor did she ask another employee to assist me. When she finally sent the dissatisfied customer in front of me away, she rang up my purchase. I handed her the money, and when she brought my change over, my hand was out for her to place it back in kind. She chose to drop my change and receipt on the counter. She turned away from me again without acknowledging me, and didnt even thank me for my purchase. I will never spend money or visit this place again because of the rudeness I first observed, then experienced firsthand, from Mary Ann.

We had an informative tourguide retelling the history of St. Augustine, but the telling was a bit bland and boring, especially for kids since you spend about an our walking to different sets of benches and sitting, listening to the tourguide. I would reccomend Fort Mendendez as a MUCH more fun and hands-on experience to go through the history of St. Augustine, especially gor kids, and at a slightly less expensive price.

I honestly wish I could rate this more than five stars. I LOVED this experience! Our guide, John, was the perfect amount of humorous, staying in character and tearing down the fourth wall. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time learning about the history of the town, and all the fun and interesting history facts. I have talked this place up to all my friends, and look forward to my next visit!

Fun and educational! The tour guides are funny and they try to make it as fun as possible. The grounds are full of great information on history and all that happened as the people arrived on land and began to build their town. Its really cool, and very interesting for all the history buffs. AND! Keep your tickets! You get 10% off the restaurants right outside.

We liked the changes to the Quarter, but did miss some of the action we saw the last time we were there. When we were there last the English house and the soldiers had a set of actors as if they were living there. We missed the leather shop reenactment as well. Our guide was very good and he added some lively talk. Overall still a great historical stop.

Very informative and enjoyable. Get the Explorers pass, worth the money for this and the fort. The Government House was alright, but if you had to skip one, miss the Gov House. Also, the restaurants at Colonial Corner... ehhh... there are better choices near by. Wasnt bad, but so many other incredible places to choose from, 10% off or not.

Every part of my visit here was wonderful. Our guide was knowledgeable and answered some really tough questions. It was neat to look around everywhere and to get to explore on our own a bit too. Theyre even adding more things soon. It was a great experience for a great value. I cannot wait to go back next time Im in St. Augustine!

It was a very interesting and educational tour that we enjoyed a lot. Our guide was very funny. Our group was small which we enjoyed. I can highly recommend this guided tour! On our way, we purchased our tickets on TicketApe - it was extremely easy and fun to read reviews and see photos & information before we started the tour.

This was very cool to walk through and see what life was like through 3 centuries. The best was probably the black smith. Live reenactments throughout made it much more enjoyable. I cant wait til next year to return and see what else has been completed.

I enjoyed my time here. The tour was informative as well as entertaining. Our guide was very fun. He taught us so much in very little time. The houses are neat to see inside. A little expensive for my taste, but not too bad as far as price goes.

If your looking for the Spanish military hospital( as seen on ghost hunters) this isnt it, its actually on Aviles street near Potters wax museum. The tour was cool and really informative one of the few that are actually worth the time and money.

Food was horrible, service took forever! I order a burger and it was black, way over cooked! I also order the appetizer of cheese and meats. It was 2 small pieces of cheese and deli cut ham. It was horrible, dont go there.

Great tour and very skilled guide (unfortunately she is leaving). Advertisement is not really in line with the actual tour ( no muskets shootings.. ) but still a very interesting overview of St Augustine history.

Ellie was hilarious and presented her tour in a way that was understandable by all ages. I would definitely recommend the tour. We bought the passport to save some money. Would definitely come back again!

Loved the museum and both of the pubs. Great sangria. Good value when purchasing the combo ticket for both the quarter and the pirate museum. Will be taking my girl scout troop here.
