We showed up with two kids and the alley wasnt open yet, so we went to the arcade to wait for the lanes to open. The arcade had "play at your own risk" signs up everywhere, and its because 75% of the games will eat your tokens, and they dont care. Its profit for them, and as long as they have their disclaimer up, they can skirt the responsibility. All the games were ancient, and many were in poor condition, with severely discolored screens, and even broken parts (try playing a basketball game with a broken backboard) Overall the arcade is in poor condition, and you can tell they have no pride in their establishment. Next we went bowling. Here you have to pay upfront. We went to get some games and were upsold on buying 3 games because it was significantly cheaper ($40). We played for a bit and the kids started acting up and we decided we needed to leave before finishing our first game. We asked if we could get refunded and pay for our single game but they laughed at us and told us they didnt give refunds. After haggling we managed to get $10 back and ended up paying $30 for one game of bowling for 4 people. The food was mediocre, what youd expect from a bowling alley. The nacho chips were stale right at opening. The kids seemed to like the burgers. There are no free refills. After getting our money for a refund we left, but I had forgot that I left my credit card with them for an open tab for refills. I came back an hour or so later to retrieve my card and they had graciously charged me an extra $1 per food item I had ordered for walking out, which ended up being a comfy 25% tip. We didnt ever get service that merited a 25% tip. The whole experience at this place was miserable. The entire time I felt like I was being taken advantage of and the management didnt care at all about repeat service. This place makes their money off leagues and such, and does not care at all about the occasional bowler during lull hours. Do yourself a favor, and spend your money elsewhere...

There were six of us, 3 adults and 3 kids. We went the day after Christmas 2015. They were shorthanded during the holiday and the snack bar was closed, which was a disappointment because we planned to eat there. We skipped lunch and it was about 4 oclock. The guy at the front counter did the best he could and called the manager to see if they could get someone to open it, because we werent the only ones who asked. They called around to see if anyone could come in, but no luck. :( I dont blame them. If my boss called me the day after Christmas, I would probably tell him no too. They did have someone open the bar at 5, so we were able to get some sodas and ate some snacks out vending machine. The bartender and the front desk guy were both great, friendly and did the best they could to accommodate everyone, but I think the odds were against them. The place was clean and we had a great time. I gave only 4 stars, because the snack bar would have been 5, but really the guys there were great.

These people who are giving bad reviews are lying and dont know what the hell they talking about, i been going there for years and even for college night, it is nothing like what they said, people are respectful, and mind their own business, of course on college night you have us young people there and everyone is having a great time with their friends laughing and joking around, if it bothers you that damn much then dont go on THURSDAYS or just leave before 8pm! you go everywhere else for booze and liquors, they just making their money with the obvious...its a damn bowling ally for goodness sake..what do yall expect?! its a place to go HAVE FUN!!

If we could rate this lower than 1 star we would. The general manager was beyond rude and to add to insult we wanted individual games which their sign stayed was a choice, and which half of our party was sold then told the other half of our party we could only choose cosmic bowling or 3 games. If you post a set of pricing you should honor that price. We have been coming here for years but needless to say we will not be returning. And from the looks of how empty it was many people feel that way, it used to be packed on a Saturday night.

I love this place! Since the new owners bought it and remodeled its amazing! My 12 year old has had 4 birthday parties there .. the place is clean and FOOD is great. Im not kidding...BEST CHEESEBURGERS IN TOWN! Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I have never seen anyone doing anything but having fun and enjoying themselves. Could another bowling alley be envious or something..whatever it is... MY FAMILY LOVES The New LIBERTY LANES!!

The dj was last night was extreme rude and use bad language on the mike at the person I was with because the dropped the mike by accident. We also had an issue with the food the nachos were bad and when we told them and asked for new one a refund or something else they told us there nothing they could do and gave us a number to call for 4 dollar nachos. I would not come back here again.

Went on a Thursday night. Only about half the lanes were taken. The lanes and balls were in excellent shape and the pinsetter never got stuck. It was quiet, no loud music or obnoxious people. And they have excellent beer deals during the week. Its an old, throwback kind of alley. I Look look forward to coming back. These bad reviews Ive read seen to be very out of place.

My experience at New liberty lanes was and still is AMAZING. I bowl their almost everyday. The people are the friendliest. The service is GREAT. Best lanes in Pensacola. You couldnt ask for anything better....because theres nothing better than bowling at New Liberty Lanes. I would recommend these lanes to any and everyone. I love bowling at New Liberty lanes!!!!!!!!!

Although the beer is cheap on college night (Thursday) the service is terrible, the managers do not care about their business and are very rude to everyone. I come here with my friends once a week and we generally have a fun time, though the establishment is pretty terrible.

The general manager was very rude and a poor business man with very little sense of human decency. The lanes were bone dry and broke frequently. Without a doubt one of the worst bowling alleys Ive been to. I recommend any other bowling alley in pcola.

I didnt feel very comfortable being here. It just didnt seem like a good part of town. Lots of sketchy people hanging around. Also, the people were rude to my husband when he asked for help. Someone should help teach them quality customer service.

friendly atmosphere, the owner has really turned it around. great food and drinks! the bartender Jordan is amazing. inexpensive to bowl. all around a great place to bring the family or have a night out with friends

They over charged my card. When I went to get everything straightened out the employee spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful manner. I went to bowl, and ended up dealing with a bad attitude.
