Incredible waste of competence. Drove over from MS to visit our 11yr old son because we find out he earned student of the month. We arrived at 7:30. While I was reading the price board, an Associate asked if I was ready and I said I told her toys was our first visit and was trying to see how things worked, it was very busy and loud on Friday night. I told her I wad lookin at the family prices there were 3 of us. I understood her to say we could buy bracelets for unlimited rides for $16.95, I didnt want to ride so I bought 2 bracelets. I said I wasnt too be able to play a couple round of golf with them so she charged me for those also. My son mentioned pizza and she saw my credit card and said but it now and we will fix it when your ready, I thought o that sounds good and purchased 20$ worth of their food (thumbs doown , Dont eat here) My husband and son rode once, then they wanted the food, waited nearly thirty min for small pizza, 4 hot dogs and a nacho, played one round of golf and went back to ride the carts again only to be told their bracelets ended at 9. It was 9:10. Our son is on the spectrum, and it broke our heart to see his tears, I tried asking if they could ride one time, but the staff was rude and I received a flat no although I explained I would have never spent 65$ if she would have explained the policy asks this was in no way our faults. I could easily be disgusted with the staff, but clearly the owner has no clue, his business was definately under staffed on a Friday night, and they are clearly robbing him, as there were 3 parties eating, one woman said hey how much did you pay to the woman with a large birthday, she said 18.95, the forest woman said o I paid 14.95, and my family paid 16.95. 5 thumbs disgusted!

I went to Fast Eddies on Friday the 27th of January for a kids night out. We used a groupon and got tickets to go carts, put put, and some tokens. I was very impressed with the facilities. The owner is currently in progress of building batting cages. Even in a construction area, it was clean. The put put was fun. Its not a huge area but has nine holes that is more than adequate. The decorations on the course are neat, in particular there are metal blue herons. I thought this was nice since it is a local bird you see at the beaches. The go carts are fun. I always find it helpful when the kids are too small to drive that they offer two seaters. After put put and driving we went inside to spend the tokens. There is a good combination of ticket style games and others. The staff behind the counter were very nice. Ive been here in the past and they were friendly then too. I gave this business a 5 star and would recommend and definitely go back. Thanks again Fast Eddies for a fun Friday night out with the kids.

The games are expensive and you barley get any tickets( we spent like ten dollars and got 78) ...and then the prizes are like a 50 tickets- for a 10 cent animal figure! I know youre not going to get an ipod, but crappy. The lady at the cashier was RUDE after we got our recite ticket I asked to see one of the buckets under the counter and she was like "umm can I see your recite" in a very rude manner. She seemed like she was very annoyed by us or just in general...when we werent even doing anything, just trying to get a prize. Then we picked a few things and we had a few more tickets and she just walked off with the recite and never came back so we just left. The tracks are not that fun because you go around in a figure 8 that is pretty lame. Annoying kids try to hit you from the back when it clearly states you are not suppose to be doing any rough driving, but the guys there who were in charge did not even care, and it is bad when there are little kids in the karts just trying to drive.

Dissappointed in the lack of concern from the staff ( female manager) as to the enjoyment of our visit. The staff was unconcerned about the safety level of the go cart rides. totally told me, after and accident occured (and I asked for a refund of rides puchased and not yet used). when my 11 yr old grandsons 200.00 glasses where Knocked off his head in a multi car collision and ran over!!! ride at own risk! says it on the tickets and signs out side the go cart track, you purchased,( of course you have to purchase the tickets) before you read this too!!! if your inside you dont see the ride at your own risk till after tickets are purchased, oh their un refundable too. very unprofessional! very dangerous for young children 13 and younger! really dissappointed in Fast Eddies managment and staff! thought it was going to be a fun experiance. NOT!

One of the female staff was very rude and impatient with our son because he couldnt make up his mind about what toys to get when cashing his tickets in. We had some words and I requested for another staff who was helpful and kind. To my surprise Manager Chris came out after hearing about the incident, apologized and took care of the situation and even gave us some free go-cart rides just to make it right. Im glad he came out and talked with us. But overall.. Fun go-cart track and golf and its a little expensive but out kids enjoyed it.. so we will definitely go back.

Mini golf was only 9 holes and not creative or interesting. The tracks were nice and would have been fun, but the track official refused to discipline children who disregarded the "no crashing" rule. One child hit me at full speed while I waited, stopped, to enter the pit after the race was over, causing me actual pain from the massive impact. On the very next run, the same child spun out and proceeded backwards againt traffic at full speed until he hit a mother and child (in a dual car) head-on, shaking them up, badly. Dangerous operation.

The boys watching the track today were very unconcerned about the safety of the kids. We rode 3 times on the 3 ride a group of kids rode and were bumping people off the track my son got hurt and nothing was done to the unruly kids except they were able to still ride. I wont take my children back thewhats the point of telling people not to bump when they know that they can and nothing will be done! re.

We came here for a summer family fun day. The employees were rude and had no personalities. My daughters coins didnt work in a game and I asked the employee and all she did was question another lady that was playing the game. Then she walked away and I asked her about my childs coins and she handed her stapled tickets. They need friendly employees and more on hand.

I have taken my family here many times. We love everything about Fast Eddies. The tracks are smooth, the carts are fast and the staff is usually friendly. The food is good, and the prices are fair. Its concession stand style not Ruth Chris Steakhouse. If you want a better selection of food, dont go to a go cart track to eat.
