TERRIBLE SERVICE! NEVER PAY FOR VIP!!!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE STAFF! Never pay for VIP! I spent $600 for my 21st birthday and the night was a disaster. The whole operation was unorganized. My name was on a list with all the details included and staff members didnt have a clue. I showed the doorman my ID, and he kept looking back and forth at me and the ID. He asked me my information. I advised him of my first, last name, date of birth, address. He sent me to the cashier Patricia, who was totally unprofessional and rude. She said, "$7 dollars!" I advised her too that I paid $600 for VIP. In a very RUDE, let me emphasize on the "RUDE", tone she told me, "Youre not 21, you did not pay for VIP $7" I am BEYOND polite at all times, so at this point I was about to cry because I was IMMEDIATELY being treated like dirt. Then she asked me my name, looked on the list and saw it documented. She then proceeded to tell me that I "NEED" to stand over here and tell her everyone that is in my party. I was trying to get everything organized and everyone in and in the mean-time, two males in my party tried to get in and were unaware that they had to pay the cover to get in. I got one of the staff that was handling my VIP, he came down immediately and the men outside started claiming that the males couldnt enter because of their "dress code". They would not let them in. I was supposed to get a bottle of champagne or wine, that was never done. They kicked out two of my best friends because they were sitting with drinks in front of them at a party of 20+ people! I was literally crying. It was a disaster. I am DISGUSTED with their business. I recommend that no one pays to be a "very important person" to be treated like nothing! I couldve entered for free, but instead Im paying $600 for four 750ml bottles of Ciroc in a smoky and foggy top section, in a crowded environment. The security guards are hovering over you, but random people are still coming up there. We took it upon ourselves to let the strangers know of the reservations. People are getting kicked out, people didnt even make it in. Patricia, the CASHIER is totally unprofessional. The manager came to us, and couldnt do anything to change anything. He couldnt go over anyones head. I am so disappointed, I wasted my money. I am a full time student and employee and I work hard for my money. Terrible birthday. :(

I have been to three concerts at this venue. The concerts have been great and the sound system at the venue is decent. My issue is that every time I go there, I get charged a different price for the same drink at each and every bar (on the same night). Its like the bartenders are making up the prices for anyone paying cash. Last night, I was charged $6.50 for my first well Rum and Coke....I handed the bartender $10 and was given $7 change. I get that they MAY not of had the $.50 change (and it was busy) but, the total lack of mentioning the discrepancy was just crazy. I STILL tipped the bartender and moved onto the next bar for my second round. Since this was my third rodeo at The Beacham, I knew the next bar could be the land of heavy pours and cheaper drinks. Lone behold, the second bar I went to, the Rum and Coke was $6. Quickly, I saved $.50 and was given the correct change!! Heres the kicker... The guy before me ordered a Rum and Coke plus ONE additional drink. He was charged the same $6 for both. What the hell?! I cant win at this place. My other two experiences at this venue has been much of the same. During my second visit, my Rum and Cokes ranged from $5-$7 with no rhyme or reason. During, my first experience, I ran a tab and I had 3 extra drinks on my tab. I questioned the bartender and they were removed immediately. After the initial credit card incident, I decided to only pay cash when I returned to the venue. Either way, different tender, same problem. If a manager or OWNER would like to contact me for more details then, I am all for that. Sadly, it seems the Owners, guests, and I are being scammed out of money.

I wish I could rate a 0 but there wasnt a option. I have previously went to the club many times before but today I had the worst experience at this club. My friends and I were waiting in line to get in and once we got to the front of the line the bouncer that was letting people in was patting down my brother and then told him to get in line with the men. He had told him a couple more times but my brother couldnt hear because it was really loud and the bouncer was looking the other way so he looked like he was talking to someone else. He then proceeded to say to my brother "damn, are you deaf?" And then told me it would be $60 for him to get in because he had a hat and sweatshirt on. When I talked to another bouncer he said that it would be $30. $20 to get in and $10 for the hat and he was really nice and understood my frustration with that rude bouncer. Unfortunately, I just dont think it was right to spend my money there after that rude experience and I dont think I or any of my friends would wanna go back. Sad part is it was my friend birthday and I was going to buy 2 bottles in VIP. I had 12 people in all that were showing up. This establishment lost out on a big chunk of money due to one rude bouncer. I or my friends will not be showing up anymore and I will share my experience at the beacham on social media, with all my friends and had already mentioned it to people passing by in downtown Orlando.

I bought two tickets to see Active Child and M83 (the headliner) on November 2, 2011. The tickets I purchased have 9:00 printed on them. I arrived at 10:00 (after driving from Tampa) to see M83 play their last song and walk off the stage. Apparently, the opening band started at 8 and M83 at 9:30. I was not the only one who missed the entire show (thanks to the 9:00 time printed on the tickets). The talk in the back of the venue, in the ladies room, going out the doors and on the sidewalk, was about how everyone felt "jipped" because the first band (and subsequently) M83 started an hour before the time printed on our tickets, which ended up with most people missing the show. Additionally, we had to contend with the staff dragging trash cans through the crowd to get ready for the club goers outside (who apparently bring in more money). With any luck future artists/managers will see this review and think twice about booking in this venue.

Long story short, The lady that takes the money, took 20 dollars out of my had (after I told her to wait) and we decided not to go in. But she had already put the money in the register and told us there was no refunds. I hadnt even stepped one foot inside of the club and i lost my money! Its a good club, but prepare to give your money and NEVER see it again, no matter how hard you try to get it back! Brendan: We DID go to the police, ALL of the ones that were on that street. And each of them said "I cant help you cuz im not working that club tonight." We tried EVERYTHING. And its not like she snached the money. I just had it ready in my hands and she took it, after I said WAIT! OJ: Its funny how the same EXACT thing happened to the both of us. On the same EXACT night!! This club has a lot of bad rep now all because of the idiot bouncer and money lady thing. lol
