My wife and I are pretty upset with the place! We have been there before with our own balls and shoes during their slow times of day using a Groupon discount with 2 games or one hour, one picture of soda and one large pizza. We have always bowled 1 game, ate our pizza (good pizza} and bowled our second game and never had a problem. We always assumed that because they were slow that they didnt enforce the one hour clause on the Groupon. Today (our anniversary} we were there and they were at approx 25% capacity and half way through our second game, our time ran out and they stopped our game and said that the only way we could continue was to pay for it. We packed up and left. We understand what the Groupon Coupon says, and we understand because the clause is there, they have the right to enforce it. But if you set precedence for something with your business and you change it without notification, then we consider this as not a desirable way to conduct business.

Very upsetting. We called on the way. Was told 1st come 1st serve. Place was empty. We were told the min we walked in "We dont have anything" Felt like it was stereotyping. I brought a groupon for $20 (I did not go looking for it, it popped up when I googled bowling in the area), so I already paid and was told nothing available for the REST of the night. Leagues start at 6:30 closes at 11?? Our special was for an hour. We dont live here. Leaving tomorrow and the manager wouldnt refund my $.

As one of the managers here, we put in a lot of work and changes have been done to just about everything for the satisfaction of our customers... and we are still in the progress of changing more things around such as a new scoring system and lanes!! Come in with friends and family and have a blast with laser tag and bowling! Check the website or call for more information!

I called and was told I have to wait an hour for laser tag so I did. I get to the location in wait in line for 10min while they had 1 cashier just to be told to wait another hour. I will never go back to this place in I do not recommend. They are overpriced and have bad customer service the owner needs to hire more people to have a better organized company.

We had a party there a couple of months ago and it was horrible so they asked us to give them another try so we plan another party there and it was even worse than the first one and they messed up our machines had to reset our game and still didnt let us finish horrible I do not recommend this place at all! Also, gift shop was pretty much empty!

Was my first time going bowling, ever and I absolutely loved it!! Fun for everyone. I highly recommend this location. Staff is nice and restrooms are clean. It does get busy during the night but it is worth the wait. They have a mini arcade and laser tag to keep one occupied while waiting for a lane to open.

Staff was so rude! The bartender wouldnt even turn around to look at me to tell me they were closed and basically told me to leave her bar and when I went to talk to the manager he said its because I was the second person to ask her the same question so she had a right to be rude. zero customer service

The places ambiance is setup nicely for a fun night of bowling with friends. Our lane was not working properly and it would had been nice if the staff would had given us another one. We managed to play but we had to reset the machine 80% of the time manually.

The first person we encountered was very nice and helpful, but once we were done the other man working the front was not as nice and had a dry personality. He also shorted my change, but I figured he needed it more than me.

Lazer tag was great. Groupon package tickets are the best deal in the area for fun. Owner and staff are helpful and create a positive experience. Bar is affordable and Gary is a great host. Oh and the bowling is great too.

This is a great bowling alley. They have made many upgrades expanded their game room, added laser tag and a better looking bar. I would give 5 stars if they upgraded their house balls and kept better care of their lanes.

We have come here for years now. They have upgraded and got a laser tag arena. Pretty cool. They also have a sweet deal on Groupon. Which save us almost 40 bucks. Nice lanes and walk kept. Good times.

Had lost of fun playing lazor tag with my three teenage sons. I didnt wanna go at first just thought I wouldnt be interested but Im so happy I did and I cant wait to do it again. Had a blast !!!

Was having a good time till the league players got upset with my 7 yr old for not having bowling etiquette. They seem to forget this is a family center. Would not come again.

Had a Groupon and got 2 hours of bowling, a pitcher of soda, large pizza, shoe rental and $15 card for the arcade for $17,50. My son loved it, went back a week later!

They have great food, and the bowling is great! They have black-light lanes, and at certain times they turn off the lights and have discos and the lanes light up~

Its fun at night, like others say, but some of the lanes are broken that get the balls stuck very often. This place is fun. Just gotta make improvements.

They need a some slight improvement. Place is feeling kind of outdated. Otherwise, gaming and hanging out is what you make it over there.

Decent bowling alley in the area. I like it because its clean and family friendly unlike others in the area. Also has Lazer tag.

Mike in the pro shop is one of the best in the business, and they have plenty of lanes for recreational bowling as well.

Had a great time. Staff was friendly and fun. The place was clean and the lanes were well maintained. Pizza was great.

The hours on the website are wrong . We drove 2 hours to get here and its closed when it says they close at 11pm
