First the good news.. 1.Great, well maintained wood lanes.... 2. SUPERRRR friendly staff that is knowledgeable and willing to help.... 3. Really fair prices, best in town really before 6pm during the weeks and before 5pm on weekends prices are at or under $3 a game... 4. They are located in the downtown area Central from every where right off the East/West Expressway (408 for the visitors and new people)... 5. Best burgers in town....not joking.. really is the best value for a half pound burger in town.. The only reason they dont sell 500 of these a day is because everyone hasnt found out about it yet.. like $6.50 for a half pounder with a bag of chips..On that seasoned grill top they are so flavorful my mouth is watering as I type.... Nacho supreme that would be #1 in front of the burger if they could some how cook it on the grill... Wings are bigger than any I have seen around town.. 6. Great beer and drink prices with a 16oz domestic at $2 bucks and a house vodka and tonic at $3.50... The bartenders on Friday, Saturday and Tuesdays (days I frequent the joint) are really nice... 7. Karaoke on Friday nights from 9PM to 1AM.. Every Friday with TJ and Trudy from Shining Starz karaoke.. I have been to many karaokes around the country and I have to say TJ and Trudy are really the friendliest and most fun... Bad news.... none... except I have to eventually go home...

I started going here for the pro shop because all the other ones in the area didnt work out for me and I have to say, wow. this place blows every other bowling alley away, not only with the pro shop, but with its very nice staff and its incredible lane conditions. Its wood lanes and they oil the lanes EVERYDAY with a really good shot, much better than at an AMF. The pro shop as well is very professional and everyone there can help you with your bowling needs. I give Colonial Lanes a 6 stars out of 5 because its just such an incredible bowling alley. If it wasnt a 30 minute drive, I would bowl league there and more!

1) Great Bar area separate from the 36 lanes. 2 pool tables. 2) They serve normal "bar/alley" food but my BLT was great and my buddys wings were amazing. Definitely above average food, made carefully. 3) Whether buying the lanes, a beer, or some food, all the staff were super nice. 4) Prices were very affordable. 5) I highly recommend this venue

The machines work fine but one policy made me so mad. So I ask the guy at the counter if I could have rails and he asks me how Old I am. I say Im 13 and he says no because Im older than 10. That shouldnt be only for younger kids. That should be something for those who are bad or new to bowling. Because of this I ended my game with freaking 27

Thrill Time

I love colonial lanes, its a fun experience for little kids,kids, teens and adults. It has a separate bar area, For the adults, laser tag for the anybody, bowling for anybody, and of course the arcade for anybody!!! The prices are a little bit pricey, but its a great experience.

Arguably the best lounge in the Orlando area. A living time capsule of a bar from the late 60s/early 70s. I beg you, please never change this bar. Drinks are good, prices are reasonable, service is friendly. Truly, one of that last vestiges of a time long passed.

The deal was a good deal; 2hrs of bowling for 5 people (with a large pie of pizza and drinks) for $25. The food was ok, but the lanes were not ok. The bumpers either were always up or not always up. The seating is horrible and the equipment needs a refresh.

Old style lanes with real wood and vintage style. Bar used to have glass along the wall to view bowlers. Computers are using an older scoring software and there are creases in the curtain. Also features a replay camera situated on the lane itself.

Very fun original wood lanes very kind and caring staff they also have night and day food specials, however the burgers are so outstanding they could be famous! Plus the bowling shop gives free lesson with your purchase

This is my first and last time going to this place. 0/10 certainly would not recommend. My friends and I came here to have a good time, but they did not accommodate our needs. The workers were very disrespectful.

This place sucks. One star is one too much. They did not accommodate my needs. I just came to bowl and one of the workers made me feel personally offended. Dont come here if you wanna have fun and dont come.

Friendly atmosphere, lots of lanes to bowl, leagues for every type of bowler, pro shop, bar, and food are all available. A great place to meet friends for bowling, or make new friends in one of the leagues.

That was a great place to have my 38th birthday. Beer was cold, food was hot and yummy, the staff was attentive and patience! We had 4 lanes for about 2 hours and it was great! Heading back soon!

Love the kids bowl free program and the folks at colonial lakes are so kind. We have a big group and they always work hard to accommodate our kids. We really enjoy bowling there.

Floors were slippery, attendant was not really concerned. Front desk and food service were excellent though. I would recommend this place to friends and familes. Affordable prices.

The bowling and karaoke are great, but why they dont have a better bar situation is beyond me. It takes way too long to get service at the bar.
