The concept itself of having a water pad was very fun and refreshing for kids, especially on hot days! However, the strong smell of chlorine made it very uncomfortable to enjoy. A lot of the parents and kids were coughing while there. It also was a bit costly being that not all adults would really get in the water other than to watch for their child. Aside from these two inconveniences, it is a nice concept and perfect for near by residents.

Me and my daughter just happened to ride by this park a couple of months ago and just stopped by she instantly fell in love with park. And I like the park as well. Well for me its in one of my favorite cities in South Florida, Aventura and its a very clean park and in a very good location. I like to take her to different parks all the time and this one is one of our favorites. Oh and the staff ay the front gate are very friendly.

The north side is a cute little park, but it to crowded and the price is insane ($10.70 for nonresidents). The part deserves two stars. Fine if you have kids and live here, but not for anyone else. The South side is much better. Free parking, plus a garden in the middle. Nice for a little bit, but not long visits. Good luck getting to the street, though. You need to make an U-turn under the causeway to get to the road.

One of the best parks in Miami-Dade! The water park is clean and awesome for kids of all ages. My son loves it! The water park closes during the winter, but there are other things to do: playground, tennis court, baseball field, and a very well maintained soccer field. If you are a resident of Aventura City the park is free, if not there is a small fee (around $10) but its worth it! Have fun!

Fun for kids in a well kept and maintained lush area. Within walking distance from the mall and the Don Soffer trail lies Founders Park with a variety of spaces for children of all ages and adults too. Play soccer or baseball, climb or go on the slides at this wonderful park. Free of charge with proof of residency of Aventura. See City of Aventuras website for details. Otherwise 10 dollar.

If you are not an oven to a resident you have to pay $10 per person and the park fees! This is ridiculous you might as well pack your bags and go to TY Park or another Broward water park where you have waterslides lazy rivers and accommodations. The price for this is ridiculous they probably do it on purpose so that nonresidents wont come.

It has children play & swing sets, a baseball & soccer field, and a water sprinkler area with no pool. Sometimes, you get the scent of chlorine, which I find unpleasant. There are no water fountains to drink from, which is a negative. Its free to the local Aventura residents. No trouble in finding parking.

It is a small but well maintained park. It offers a water playground for the kids, tennis courts and a green field for running, sports and exercise. If you want to use the tennis courts make sure to make a reservation before. We didnt had one so we had to leave when someone else arrived.

The park is great! Free for who lives in Aventura. In the summer and some other periods the splash pad is open (also free for Aventura residents). There is a big space for kids, very safe and everyone is very friendly. There is activities for all ages.
