Todo bien pero hace tiempo no hay buenos conciertos como antes y las maquinas fatal , no dan nada, antes era mas ameno,las maquinas daban y tu te lo jugabas todo, pero ahora,no dan nada, ya ni voy, yo antes cuando salia del trabajo iva tomaba una cerveza , todos los dias, me sabia a gloria, y jugaba la maquina, que tenia la cancion de paylor is magic,me gustaba mucho, solo por la cancion valia la pena,y ademas te daba algo, pero ahora ni voy,sois poco inteligentes, perdeis clientela,y la vida cada vez esta mas apretada, el trato es excelente y la comida buena , pero cara, esto debia ser mas economico, para que el trabajador, antes de ir a trabajar y despues pasara por ahi, que es lo que hacia yo, cenaba jugaba y para casita,que tiempos,y los fines de semana un concierto bueno, gloria gaynor pointer sister, etc a ver si tomais nota por favor, no dejeis morir tan fabuloso lugar.

We used to enjoy going to the Entertainment Bar where they always had great Latin Music as well as other top local bands. We had a large group of friends that would go there every weekend to drink, dance, play and enjoy the good and inexpensive drinks. Now the new owners have no clue to what they are doing. They have turned the Bar to "Club Rio" . Now the bands that play on Fridays start at 6pm and end at 9pm and the Saturday bands play from 9pm to 10pm. People are still working at 6pm and usually go out to party later in the evening. And Saturdays band ends at 10pm. Crazy and Stupid decision. My wife says it takes her to long to get ready and then you go to have a good time and listen to a good local band and they play for 1 hour and then a DJ starts up. Wake up before its to late, your customers are going to Magic City Casino and Hialeah Park Casino now. And another thing where on earth do you see half of the dance floor taken away to be set up with sofas for guest that order bottle service. Who in the hell is going to go there (Miami Casino) and pay that kind of money to go to a place that is Rundown, filthy and looks to be abandoned from the outside. Again, wake up and put it back to the way it was where we could go and enjoy a night of good music, gaming, food and drinks and the band would play to 1am then the DJ would take over. I would love to sit down with the person(s) that are making these decisions, I know that I have some good suggestions that would bring the crowds back to Miami Casino.

Las maquinas estan programadas para robarte impunemente tu dinero,no hay manera que puedas ganar ,en otros casinos las mismas slots tienen mejor % de ganancias,aqui puedes poner 100$ en una maquina y girar varias veces sin recibir ganancia alguna,una verdadera mafia,todos los clientes tienen un comentario cuando hablas con ellos ,siempre dicen que es el casino con menos pago en la ciudad,ademas no hay entretenimiento alguno,la opcion de comprar algun alimento es minima,una pequena cafeteria con servicio muy lento y poca variedad,es una verguenza que siendo Miami una ciudad tan bella permita este tipo de casinos con tan mala calidad.

las maquimas no pagan casi nada,y lo poco que dan lo quitan enseguida,entiendo q es un negocio pero es demaciado,tienen que abrir las maquinas como en otros casinos,al final no son inteligentes porq los jugadores al final lo dejan todo aunque ganen,pero es que ni siquiera te dejan jugar,que pena de casino, machines do not pay all that much, and how little they remove it quickly, understand that is a business but it is way too, need to open the machine as in other casinos in the end are not smart because players at the end leave everything but win but it does not even let you play, its a shame casino

Bueno en realidad llevo más de tres años visitando el casino y reconozco q hase un año y medio atrás había mucha más emoción porq ganabas aunq después lo dejes pero ahora le pones dinero y es para ellos y para ellos además algo q me incomoda muchísimo es q las promociones no se donde se quedan la verdad espero q mejoren es un lugar bien agradable pero han decaído un mundo las pérdidas son incalculable y de ganancia nada suelten un poco las máquinas de vez en cuando

I like your casino because it still has one slot I like. More Chili. Whoever it should be called NO Chili ! THE WAY it adjusted you get just enough and then always (coincidently) on the last spin. On one of your machines I got free spins and proceeded to pick how many. No matter where I touched no picks were allowed. Finally I got 7 games. You have to pick 3 times to get that. Your tech came over and after several times she got a severe game. She told me that the screen was broken and parts were ordered. I called for a manager and he said the same thing and game the phone # of his boss who ever called me back. On a slot machine you can get up to 25 games at 3 times and it only lets pick 7. Thats cheating the customer. I usually go to take my mom but Weve decided not to go anymore just for that. Your food staff and floor people are great. You have to keep your customers happy.

Played $0.40 on machine hit the repeat button I was automatically drawn into playing $2 per game didnt realize that..but when I did I was out an extra $14 the casino manager. Said that the machine can only go back 10 draws..gave me back 8 draws $16.. I told her look at your cameras that are up...she replied not our policy...RIPPED OFF. .PISSED OFF...And to top that off the machine never got fixed...so the next person will lose there shirt...and might not say anything..... another thing is the buttons are either upside-down or says the wrong thing on them...Omg I can go on.. "and I shall"... The bathrooms (mens) Very Dirty....The Bartender was very nice and pleasant to talk to..Cant remember his name but he was short...ALL I CAN SAY IS THE GAMING COMMISSION OF FLORIDA NEEDS TO COME IN....SAVE YOUR $ IF YOU MUST GAMBLE, BUY SCRATCH -OFFS.. OR A DIFFERENT CASINO.....

Les diré que hoy visite este Casino por dos veces en el mismo día. Su calificación es pésima , te ponen una música desagradable , SUPER ALTA , NO TE PUEDES CONCENTRAR EN EL JUEGO. NO TE BRINDAN NI AGUA. SÓLO LOS TRABAJADORES CAMINAN DE UN LADO PARA EL OTRO COMO PAR A VER QUE ESTÁN TRABAJANDO. LA MÚSICA COMO QUE TE ESPANTA. CON RAZÓN ESTA VACÍO. Lugar agradable solo para entretenerse, pasar un rato y comer algo ligero y rápido. No estar más del tiempo del necesario ni esperar nada del juego pues no dará muchas ganancias, sólo cómo una breve aventura. Por lo demás y teniendo en cuenta lo anterior lo recomiendo como algo alternativo. No se les ocurra jugar para ganar pues es imposible.
