First if all, they have closed down half of this casino for renovations and have no idea when it will reopen. The new carpet they put down less than a year ago is filthy with cigarette holes in it. Their air conditioning does not remove the heavy smoke. When you walk in the door, you feel like youre in Dantes 3rd Circle of Hell. Sleazy people walking around begging for money while the many security guards are in a corner talking among themselves. They advertise "The Loosest Slots in America," which I highly doubt. They are indeed looser than the Hard Rock up the street, which has no doubt the tightest slots in the world and very high limit table games. The Indians, of course make all kinds of money selling tobacco products, and never mind the exposure to second hand fumes for the guests and the employees. All other indoor air spaces are regulated by the State of Florida, but here it is tribal land, and what that means in essence, is that the Indians can do as they please. Have an accident? Tough luck. You cant sue them in local or Federal court. It also means they can change the chips on any slot machine at will to lower or raise the pay off odds, with no casino commission looking over their shoulder. Dont like a Blackjack call or dealer error? Also too bad. The pit boss has the first, last and only decision making power. Most of the time, I have to go home right away and wash my clothes and take a shower to get the fetid cigarette stink off me. If there ever was a reason to open up Florida to non- Indian casino gaming which is regulated and fair, this place is the poster boy for a good gamble, which Indian casinos are not.

As with the other below, I ahve been goign to Seminle for at least 25 years. I loven the Bingo and when they started bringing in more and more slots. NOw that casino has gone straigh to hell. I know this review means nothing to them, Seminole know they are making a ton and careless about their customers. You better not fall or get hurt, cause you arent getting a dime. The place is dirty, moldy and filled with people that have no respect for others or themselves. Seminole allows them to rule the place. They sit at empty slots getting free drinks and screaming at each other. They beg for money and othe rthings, then yell at you. I cannot believe this business allows this. You will not find this in Vegas or AC. The security is a joke. They are always too bisy fooling around and talking or just not right for the job, it seems they are afraid of the people just as much as we are. I eman come on, if you just won $2000, do you want a 70 year old man escorting you? BINGO is tghe real reason I go and that has gone way downhill. From making the opening packs cost more, changing the games and taking away the non smoking room, they clearly show no compassion for anyone. 5 of my good friends, that spend at least $200 a session have left because of it and no one cares. I to have heard the rumor of Seminole closing its BINGO doors in May, Im afraid it will be true. How sad. How sad of a place. Stay safe there.

I had the WORST experience today at this casino. I am 21 years old and turned 21 mid April. When I entered the casino with my mother I was not stopped at all and was immediately stared down by many of the workers which made me feel very uncomfortable. Some of the games were out of order and there wasnt much of a variety there to pick choose and play. Two hours past by and Im approached rudely by a security guard dressed in yellow asking if I was 21. I proceeded to show him my ID and then he said that I was "reported" and he needed to check with me if I was 21. He then kept asking if I was 21 after checking my ID. I felt very uncomfortable and annoyed by the way he handled things. I shouldve been immediately approached when walking into the casino instead of being stared down and FOLLOWED through out my 3 hours at the casino. I will NOT be coming back this casino again. Calder, hard rock, and Gulf Stream just gained a LOYAL customer! Please dont come to this casino if youre young looking because you will be followed and embarrassed by the securities and workers at Seminole!

I have been going to the Hollywood Bingo for about 20 years, and liked the games, and excitement and meeting people and have made some real friends through the years. There was a time when the jackpots would get really high the anticipation was even higher. I watched people win 1000s of dollars everynight, and then they started taking things away, no more big jackpots the price went up on the buy in and the prize amounts went down. Still it was a place to have fun and be with friends and possibly win some money. The last straw was closing down the non-smoking room. Not caring about the people that have supported that place from inception. Shame Shame on you. I know there is rumour that they are going to close down the Bingo all together. Too bad the greed is so great. But although I know it just a business, I would think that while the Bingo is still going on you would care enough to have left the non-smoking room. You think I am only speaking for myself, but I am speaking for hundreds of people whom can no longer enjoy an evening because of the smoke..

the GHETTO of all poker rooms (as quote by several regular). As a visitor and a season traveler throughout the USA and as a semi pro player, i must agree with their opinions. The dealers are rude, they yell at you for rules that they have there, relating to poker etiquette , that no other casino have them; i.e. you cannot show your cards if you are last to act and there is no more action, you cannot request to see the muck hands. A bunch of dealers will yell at you for talking about your hands(not being specific: i folded a bad beat hand, but they wont say anything to the regular if they break the same rule. They got chain smokers allowed at the table who got no etiquette, the will blow smoke in your face without hesitation. The only good thing i got to say is that they have free (cheap) alcohol. I will never return there again.

I have tried most of the casinos in south Florida, and this one stands out to me for a couple different reasons. First the staff, they make the effort to get to know you and what you like, whether its a drink or just soda you get the same service. Second is the machines, I have had consistently better payouts at this casino than any other in Florida. Its not the newest or fanciest casino and I am OK with that. I would rather have the payouts than have the money spent on guitars to hang from the wall. I live near Coral Springs and continue to drive past three other casinos to get to this one. The only shortcoming here is the food, no restaurant. I will continue to frequent this casino over the neighboring gambling establishments.

This place is the biggest s**t hole I have ever walked in.. the service ABSOLUTELY sucks the people they call regulars are scumbags. They hover over you waiting for you to cash out then BEG for money. Not to mention BEG for cigarettes. It is absolutely.FILTHY in there. I feel as if I'm going to catch a disease just breathing in there. The machines don't pay for s**t. I mean DISGUSTING!!! Is a pretty decent summary. It looks as If it would be a hidden poker room or illegal gambling spot. I see people spitting on the floors sneezing without covering their mouths. The people are just repulsive nasty beggers. I advise better yet I warn you to stay out of that place.. this is my idea of a generous rating for the place.
