This place absolutley sucks. Andy, the "manager" has the worst costumer service ive ever experienced. I was told by Andy how rude I was because I wanted to spend time with my family and get a third lane for 5 more people. I told him the company was losing money this way and he stated he didnt care because he does not see the money anyway. As we left, there was a young lady, by herself, playing in 2 lanes. I advised my concern as to why this young lady had 2 lanes for herself and stated that this place sucked. He then went to say to "becareful next time you come". No Andy, I will NEVER come back and will make sure that everyone Knows how horrible, pathetic, disgustin this place is.

The worst attendance Ive ever had. We were 15 people, 6 kids and 5 adults. We requested 3 lanes, 2 for kids and 1 for the adults. They only permited us to 2 lanes. There were many free lanes!!!!. We were planning on playing two rounds and have dinner. But only the kids ended up playing one round. They lost near $100 due to not giving us one more lane. Andy had poor customer service and was extremely rude to us. We wont return again.

Place is great for small to big groups who like to bowl. Place doesnt have much to offer but the people who work there are very helpful to get you to where you need to go. Place looks pretty old meaning its not up to date with modern design neither are their lanes but still youll find that youll still enjoy yourself with the right group of people. Not my first choice to go but would come here if invited out to.

The computer scoring did not work properly. I discovered it a few frames into our game. They fixed it but refused to void the game out so we could start over. I had to pay for the games even though it was their fault. I overheard several other people complaining about various things and the manager was steadfast in his denial of any sort of fault or compensation. It was quite expensive too. I wont go back.

For the league bowlers: lane consistency is lacking, temperatures are always in flux, and the equipment is spotty at best. Quite often have balls come back with markings on them For the casual bowler its a good solid experience, equipment could use some updating but otherwise a run of the mill house

Tuesday Night Nothing But Fun league filled with people from all walks of life. Phenominal group of people and even greater people working there. They go out of their way to make your experience as enjoyable as possible and their fun to chat with as well. Pics to come.

They suck. The food tastes crappy. The staff looks like they just got out of prison. Plus last time we went it went till 11 but since me and my 2 friends were the only ones there they kicked us out. We didnt have a ride for another 30 mins so we had to sit on the curb

Staff wasnt nice at all. Went to bowl with my son and was told we could only have the lane for 35 minutes. Will not be visiting or spending money with them ever again. Will rather drive across town to Beaches to bowl. Especially for the price, and the equipment.

He bowling was great! No sticking, all fun! BUT! The nachos are a kids serving and the hot dog was passable. If u are going to just bowl youll have a great time, just be prepared to eat before or after.

Couldnt even afford to take my two children to bowl a couple strings each AND I MAKE GOOD MONEY. For the looks of the facility youd think it wouldve been a little more affordable

Staff was very helpful. I had two toddlers and they were on the ball making sure we had a ramp, bumpers, and lightweight balls for my kids without having to ask. Great experience
