Horrible service from both the staff and the restaurant. 40 min turn around was way too long for a pizza when half the lanes were still available . WAY too over priced considering lack of service. We payed $96 for 6 people to bowl 2 games (same as latitude 30). With that price, you would think you were getting some sort of an upgrade. But still just the same old bowling alley that I remember from way back as a child... Smh avoid the hassle, go to Latitude 30.. Same price, better experience!!!!

About 3-4$ per game per person excluding shoes which is another 4 dollars a person. Manager had a bad attitude about putting up the rails for my eleven year old niece but when a big group of teenagers came in he has no problem? My niece bought two kids meals and she told me they tasted like her school lunch haha. All in all I did enjoy the bowling. I just couldnt understand why they would be so rude to someone actually paying for their overpriced school lunches.

In short, the food tasted like rubber, and the bowling was absolutely below-par. The technology is worse than any Ive ever seen in a bowling alley, even with most bowling alleys having old technology. The bowling balls had little variety, and the small holes left my thumbs in bad condition. The only things that I personally found pleasing about the place was their choice in music and their staff.

Giving it one star because its not giving me the option to give it ZERO. What kind of bowling alley doesnt let you get the rails up if you dont have a child with you? Im paying to bowl here, if I want the rails up JUST PUT THEM UP! And could you look anymore miserable? How about putting a smile on your face every now and then and putting MY RAILS UP?!

I would like to say that our visit was not a pleseant one. Lane conditions were not in great shape. The lanes were sticking like crazy. My shoes and my girlfriends shoes were sticking non stop. Causing me to sprain my ankle and my girlfriend to pratically fall more than twice. And our familys are league bowlers. We will not be returning here

Worse experience Ive ever had!! The lady Evelyn at the counter was beyond rude!! No customer service at all! I ended up walking out and will never go back just due to how rude this lady was. Ive been coming here for years but I will no longer...great way to lose a family of customers....Jax Lanes is nicer and far better service!! No waste your time!!

Nice quite place to come to for a quick fun game of bowling. Not the most moderate place to come to or luxurious one but still decent in size. The workers are friendly and service is quick. Lanes are nice and manageable. The place is clean and well kept. Not the first recommended bowling ally but still a nice hangout spot for kids and elders.

We had my sons birthday party here. It turned out great! They provided the paper products, drinks, ice cream, and a shirt for the birthday boy. The kids had sooo much fun! Even the adults had a good time. Which is always a plus. Plus, it was a great value compared with other birthday venues, where adults would be bored. Thanks Bowl America!

Horrible customer service!! They have cut off our game three times already tonight. They also are not friendly AT ALL and have yet to give us an explanation as to why they keep abruptly ending our games. A fun time was not had at Bowl America tonight. Very disappointed and enraged.

DO NOT BOWL HERE! Instead, bowl at Jax Lanes Grove Park. Bowl America is WAY too overpriced and has outdated equipment which frequently malfunctions.
