I purchased a cosmic bowling Groupon since Im not an avid bowler. When I called, I was told cosmic bowling starts at 9:30 pm but when I arrived a learned that time is only valid on Saturdays (we were there Friday night). The real start time was 10:30 pm. A little disappointed, I agreed to bowl for an hour until the fun starts. At 10:50 pm, still no lights. I asked an employee who directed me to the manager on duty. I asked her (Pam) what happened to the lights and she said she gave me a window of 10:30 to 11:00 - a complete lie! She also said that her "leagues" are still bowling and that she has to take care of them! Since Im not a league bowler, I guess that meant I wasnt important and neither was the money I spent. She was rude and lacked all sense of customer service - even dragging in a league passerby into our conversation! After ten minutes of debating with her, I asked her name and the Manager of the facility. Only then did she agree to extend our time in the lane. The whole conversation ruined my evening. I WONT BE GOING BACK!!!

I wish I could given a minus because 1star is to much,we bowled there in March 19 in the mens state tournament,our ball return malfunctioned and damaged 2 of my balls along with 2 of my bowling partner Zachs balls too,the problem is I just picked up my NEW Hammer Pearl Scandal on Tuesday March 14 and Zach just bought his Hammer Guanlet on March 16,Debbie,the acting manager seemed unwilling to be helpful,ABC said they will make it good but THIS HOUSE MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE,WILL NEVER BOWL THERE AGAIN

My girlfriend and I decided not to throw a party at home for our 7 year old daughter this past year. We were searching around for ideas and she found Roseland. I have to admit I wasnt real excited at first about it, but this couldnt have been a better plan. We all had a blast, including the parents. The pizza was decent, the service was super, and the price for the party and clean up was more than fair. I definitely recommend this place to anyone for cheap and easy fun!

We go to Roseland Lanes periodically and have been going there for nearly 10 years. I take my family there as well as take the kids with special needs I work with. Everyone is helpful, understanding, and kind.
