As far as movie theaters go, this was just a bad experience overall. My son left is phone in the car, and while waiting forever for the movie to start, I let him go run out to the car and get it. Big mistake. When he was gone, he told me that the manager came out and "barked" at him to show ID if he was leaving. My son told him hed be right back, that he just had to get his phone, and even showed him his ticket. The manager didnt even look at his ticket, and threatened to kick him out. My son came back to the theater and asked me to come along with him, and the manager tried to explain some sort of policy about leaving. Yet, once I came out.. he said that my son could get his phone. I was done at that point, i took my ticket and put it on the counter.. said "have a good day" and walked out right then and there, never to return again.

The kids that were working were kind enough. Though why an 18 year old cannot purchase a ticket for a 17 year old because he needed to be 21 to do so is beyond me. This does not make any sense to me. They can both die for our country (one with parent release signature) but cannot see a movie like Logan because of one set of breasts. I assure theyve been looking at those for many many years. For the amount the tickets cost changes should starting taking place like getting rid of the jock strap smell maybe by removing the dingy carpet, mop the sticky floors so they are not death traps. The bathroom so the doors actually work correctly and can actually latch, and how about fixing the entrance doors so that while quietly watching the movie its not getting slammed on its hinges and causing mini heart attacks.

Regal theater - Ft. Walton Beach Went to see Kong. Movie shutdown three times - 20 minutes, 5 min, then total, the last with approximately 30 minutes left to play. The screen closed down, the lights came up and one of the workers came in to clean the theater. He wouldnt listen to any of the customers - his job was to clean and that was that. When the customers went to the female manager, she told us that there would be no refunds. A poor way to run a theater and terrible customer service. Ill never go there again.

I just bought a ticket and saw "Gravity" and the experience was horrible! A group of people talked all the way through the previews. Also, the theater was freezing! This is the second time Ive gone there and wished I had brought a jacket. Its like they WANT to go out of business. A couple of times in the past, there was no sound during the previews. I had to complain to the concession worker because the manager wasnt available. If youre hoping for a nice date at the movie, dont go here!!

First things first, the prices are absolutely outrageous, I thought avoiding the toll bridge and going here instead of Destin would save me money but I was by far wrong. Second thing, the staff did not seem sincere or happy, clearly they didnt want to be there either, Im not some cheap person but I personally just dont drink soda or juice but I cant bring in my own water or get water because "they sell it" but charge $4.99 for a small water. I definitely wont be coming back here anytime soon.

For years, I have been wanting a new theater built in the Fort Walton Beach area because Sun Plaza and Santa Rosa Mall theaters are disgusting. I always drive to Destin, where I usually eat before going to the movie. As a Shalimar resident, it infuriates me that the FWB area is losing business because there is no where to enjoy a movie. It is time to either build one or shut down the two here and do a complete renovation!

I seen one movie here but had a positive experience. The staff was friendly. The prices are very fair in comparisons to surrounding theaters. The seating is very comfortable, especially for what the outside of the theater looks like. The popcorn also tastes great. This is a great "run-of-the-mill" theater. There isnt really anything to complain about but the experience wasnt amazing either.

Last night I went to the UA Santa Rosa 10 by the mall and had such a... unique .... experience that I had to go see the movie again (see my review for the details). Every star I too away from that place I give to this one. It may not be that good, but in comparison it shines. I just wish the experience here would wash the taste of last night out of my mouth.

Very expensive for a 1990s quality movie theater. Showed my military ID and did not get a discount at the 7pm show. I will definitely go to Destin from now on. Destin has nicer seating and is cheaper. This theaters pricing does not make sense for the quality of the theater. They are driving away business. Read the other similar reviews.

I have always enjoyed this theater...greatest, freshest pop corn in area movie theaters. Staff is friendly, smiling and helpful. Easy to park and go right in. Clean restrooms and theaters.

I was always worried about coming here, in fear of having a bad experience. But this place wasnt bad at all. Its a small theater, and has a very homey feel. I wouldnt mind coming back.

I always go here for the newest releases , Ive always had a good time, my kids enjoy going as well. Staff are always polite and helpful , I will be going back for sure.

Nice comfortable movie theater. Since I have ATT I take advantage of the Two for Tuesdays. And we get popcorn at half price. Clean...Pleasant movie atmosphere.
