I was very disappointed in this theater.I live an hour away and I had been coming here for quite some time. I brought my kids and there friends for there 17th birthday here to see a movie and they took our money for the tickets said as long as an adult accompanied them that we could get into an "R" movie. The story changed once inside as some of us went right in the rest went to concessions. Those that went to concessions were prevented from coming in the movie by a security guard or whatever he was that decided to start checking ids 10 min before the movie started. And it didnt matter that there were several young and older adults with us because it had to be there parent...they did refund our money but we were un able to see anything because it was after 8:30 and tickets no matter if a PG or R could not be purchased without the parent being present. These rules to me are way over kill and the security guard was a very rude and had a bad attitude to say the least and the manager was not trailing to far behind that... these people have lost my buisness and thats pretty bad being I drove an hour to come here..Im sure Im not the only one!

I took my son to see a movie on the 16th of Oct 2016. I am a US Navy Veteran and I always wear a Navy shirt and a Navy cover. On this day the managers sent the police officer to confront me about a bulge on my side. I carry concealed due to the fact that I served in the military and there are threats made daily towards active duty and veterans. Now mind you I am licensed in most every state in the union to carry open or concealed. I carry to protect myself and my family. The white haired manger with a broom and dust pan didnt care he didnt want me there with my concealed weapon. Now mind you I carried weapons for years in the Navy as Corpsman. He was rude and could care less about my concerns for my safety and my families. He said thats what the police officer is there for. One officer to watch out for several hundred people. OK right? Long story short in a military town this is how innocent citizens/veterans are treated. This company and white haired manger do not care about your safety. Im sure criminals abide by their no carry rules. They will never get one more dime from me!

After paying $20+ at the door, we purchased $26 in concessions & before leaving the lobby I tasted the popcorn and it was burnt and stale. When I mentioned it to my husband, another patron who had been standing to the side waiting said he had brought back his popcorn and they were popping fresh. Another couple standing there also complained about the popcorn. Yet as six people stood there waiting on fresh popcorn, the boy behind the counter just kept bagging and selling the nasty popcorn. The theatre didnt smell like popcorn so Id assume it was not even popped that day. The manager came over and when I told him the popcorn was nasty he offered to squirt butter on it. Rather than get us fresh popcorn, keep in mind, which was popping as we spoke. And after they popped the fresh popcorn, it was just mixed in with the old. My husband and I both got quite sick that night, cant be sure but my guess would be from nasty old food served to us by Georgia theatre group. Popcorn is the cheapest concession, why give your customers garbage when theyre already paying an arm and a leg?

We go every Sunday. I love that the seats our set up like bleachers so my 5 year doesnt have to stand up to see over the person in front of him. We always get there an hour before the show to get our drinks and popcorn and to get the best seats. However this time we went on a Saturday afternoon. As we were waiting for them to clean so we could go in the Manger comes over and tells us to get in a single file line against the wall before he would let us in. Forcing us from the front of the line to the middle of the line. What are we, in kindergarten. We lost our favorite seats and my children were very disappointed. It was very unnecessary.

Good theater. Ticket prices are fair. Food is expensive. They really need to have Ushers or security in some of the rooms. Last few showings I went to had people on their phones the entire time, talking loudly, or screaming/laughing at parts of the movie that wouldnt enact such behaviour. Pretty much once youre past the concession stand, there are no more staff and on your own. Weve actually decided to skip a few movies and wait on them to hit Blu-Ray. Anything in the horror genre and youre going to have a bunch of inner-city teenagers screech laughing at the climatic scenes.

This movie theater is really going downhill. Tried to go watch Suicide Squad today and unfortunately that was not possible. For most of the movie the picture was blurry (not the first time I went to this theater and this has happened) and for the other part of the movie the screen kept going black (again not the first movie Ive seen here this has happen). Most of the people ended up walking out including my group. Lucky we were able to be reimbursed but we did not get to see the movie. Im really disappointed.

The price is on the high side, same for food and I wouldnt mind that if the ladies bathroom was clean and functional. Im so annoyed that all of the hand dryers in the womens room are about knee high, requiring the women to stoop over to dry their hands. It seems in the mens room, they have one that is kid height and the other that is a comfortable height for adults. I think for the price we pay, provisions should be made for a clean, comfortable ladies restroom.

Nice concession choices. The center seats in all the theaters need to be replaced; they have been overused to the point that the cushions are flat. Also, they need to find a better way to soundproof the theaters; you can barely hear your movie if the next theater is playing the latest Michael Bay explosion-a-minute movie. Also, use brighter bulbs in the projectors. Some films are so dark youll leave with a headache trying to see.

Obviously they have all the new movies here. Only problem is its always really busy and super overpriced. Some of the theatres have squeaky or broken seats or the speakers will be crackling. Thankfully if the speakers are messed up, if you go tell someone theyll turn that speaker off. I only go here when theres a new movie that I really want to watch on the big screen. But normally Ill just wait for it to hit redbox.
