This is a family park best for kids up to the age of 12. The splash area and the lazy river may not be enough to keep older kids interested. The Lap pool is about 4ft deep all around and is very nice. My issues are with the mens locker room. The ceiling are covered with spit wads (wet toilet paper). The walls are covered with dry fecal matter and it gives the whole room the smell of poop. The walls look like they are seriously overdue to be repainted. However, had they been properly washed in the last few years there wouldnt be a film of foulness on everything. I asked a guard for a manager and was directed to a young man wearing a lifeguard shirt. He and another gentleman walked in there with me and I showed them my concerns. He told me that the ceiling could not be cleaned because they didnt have a ladder tall enough and its "always been like that for the *five years* ive been here". He dismissed the poop on the walls saying that the bathrooms are cleaned every day. I dont doubt that they are swept or mopped every day doing some hasty closing ritual. I just dont believe that they have been properly cleaned in years. Can they find an excuse to assign someone to that one a month? Like the next time you show up late youre on bathroom detail? Cant they get a maintenance to clean the ceiling once a season or at least expense a ladder rental? Overall the place is fun. Based on the bathrooms, I wouldnt order food there.

Two of my grandchildren were visiting from NC and I wanted to take them to a water park so I picked one by my house in west Boca located within a wonderful park. We arrived when they opened. The price was fair and we were looking forward to having a fun day which for the children 2 and 4 it was a fun day. When we first got there the first thing I noticed was the lounge chairs. Most of them had black mold on them but I tried to over look that and pick one that was not too bad. Then we decided to travel the lazy river. I noticed right away that there was green algy on the floor and along the walls as well as patches of black algy. I have my own pool at home so Im very aware of the up keep that it takes to maintain the chemicals. The staff was mostly young people that couldnt really answer my question of how often do they clean the pool. Im really surprised that this problem has not been addressed or maybe it has. This is certainly not healthy for the adults to swim in let alone the children. This park is in a very nice area and should really clean things up before the Health Department comes down on them. I did try and speak to someone about the things that I noticed but was unable to find anybody. My intentions were to stay for the day and eat lunch as well however after what I saw, I certainly didnt want to stay not knowing how the food was handled. Thanks for listening

Ive been bringing my 2 sons here since they were in water diapers, they are now 10 & 11 and still enjoy coming to the park. Admittedly, this summer or next will most likely be our last visits as they are "aging out " of the park, it is really for the under 12-13 age range. It has (2) larger water slides, but even though arent too daring as I think the height requirement is about 3 feet tall. Additionally, there is a very nice lazy river with (2) size of tubes: adult & child, but my kids favorite is the rope obstacle where one misstep and you fall in the water. For the younger kids there is a a water playground, typical to any park, but in water no deeper than 18" with all kinds of water shooting out of if. Even though this may be more for the little kids, Ill admit it is a lot fun to play hide -n- seek in. I read numerous people complaining about the price, but for $11 an adult and and $9 per child under 12 I find it quite reasonable. I dont think people understand that liability insurance costs, maintenance costs and salary costs involved in such ventures. My only complaint if the food is horrible and overpriced and they dont allow outside food in, although I sneak. If you have younger kids it can be a great family outing for about $40 for a family of 4, which I dont find outlandish at all. Ill be sorry when my kids start preferring Rapids as (1) admittance will be $40, ughs.

Be very careful of the vague contract they offer in case of rain. The wording states that you will only get rain checks for the "paid" children of your group and not the free parents that came with the package. I was told that the addl 10 people that I assumed would get a comp pass did not receive one so I lost 10 passes in the exchange. I was told the other funds were used for the room and the 2 stale cheeze pizzas and chips we got.... Wow!! Half of the guests did not show due to the torrential rain and they seemed more concerned about holding to the misleading contract than to making sure we had a great experience despite the rain. I also had the person assigned to us to help the flow of the party in the room hovering around us and holding us to the minute with our 30 minute time frame even though no one else was in the park due to the rain. Would never book another party there as it is a roll of the dice in case of rain and very unethical with the handling of the reimbursement of passes in case of rain. Gina did give me some passes for some Iccees to try to help but far short of what was fair and reasonable.

I didnt have too bad of an experience. I could not really enjoy the park like I wanted to it was me and my 8 year old daughter and my 8 month old daughter. Having the baby there and all of her stuff I felt very uncomfortable leaving the stroller and not being able to see it. I could have left it in the car but it was convenient. If she fell asleep where would I put her down etc. My 8 year old couldnt find a kid to play with so she didnt enjoy it as much. If I wouldve thought about it I would have invited a friend for her to play with. Ive seen a few posts about how run down the place was which i why i avoided the bathrooms and concession altogether. I agree it is not well maintained. Ive seen people say for kids up to 12 yo. I would definitely agree. We enjoyed it but I dont think well be coming back unless they clean up and maybe add to their little water park. Theres a blue slide and a red slide. My daughter said the red slide was super slow going down and the line for the red one was longer than the line for the blue slide.

A refreshing spot to take the family for summer. The lazy river is pretty long given the overall size of the park. The play set is really great. There are also a few waterslides. This park is geared towards older kids, though. If you only have tots you might consider other alternatives. The price is fair for both admission and food. If you wish to eat or drink anything not purchased inside then there are picnic benches outside as there is a strictly enforced no food or drink policy. Also, the buildings could use some remodeling. The biggest reason I have it a four star not five star review is because something needs to be done about the floors within the pools. They are very prickly and tore through the skin on the pads of my toes. I understand that there needs to be some sort of texture to be able to get a grip as you are walking, but this the worst pool floor surface I have encountered.
