Worst dining experience ever! Eat here tonight before the show. Was supposed to be a special night out with friends. it took a very long time for order to be taken by our server. Once the order was placed it was over an hour until we got our food. The food was substantially over cooked when it finally arrived. And that was only after we had to search out our server and finally a manager to actually get our order on the table. The manager comped half of the food and sent over aroundof drinks. Those took an inordinate time and the entire drink order was incorrect. It was stressful and definitely affected our enjoyment of the evening. Would never ever eat here again.

Terrible experience. Came with my kids took forever to order, took forever to get our food. People behind us sat down at the same time as us got their check before we got our food. One of my daughters never got her food. When the food came it was very disappointing. Pastrami was more fat than meat, the bread it was on was charred. While our waitress was nice and understanding, the other staff, particularly the dark haired woman wearing a plaid shirt was rude and not helpful. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Plenty of better places to eat right around here.

Great place to visit. It has a nice stage and can attract some amazing artists. If seeing a show, you can get tickets upstairs and eat/drink at your seats. Otherwise, theres a typical restaurant in the front. Staff has mostly been very friendly with one very rude exception. Beer selection is better than average but not great. Cocktails are delicious. Food is amazing but slightly overpriced especially considering the portion. Tickets, apps, dinner, and drinks for 2 was a $160 night- but it was an amazing night!!

We ate at the restaurant, fantastic food with a decent selection of cocktails and wine. The beer selection was limited but on point (hand picked) who ever is their wine director knows what he/she is doing. The venue is small but cozy, bar in the back, new padded seats and the audio is controlled and not over powering. Overall a well put together package for anyone looking for a night out.

First experience here for a show was incredible! We arrived early and had some drinks/snacks in the bar before attending the show, and it blew away my expectations in quality and service. Staff was friendly and attentive, the theater was gorgeous and clean, and I had a great time. I am glad there is a venue like this in Hartford that makes seeing live music affordable and fun!

A very cool, intimate venue with a nice bar in the back. Theres also a good bistro attached with good food, cocktails and craft beer. I ordered a steak medium-rare but came well done both times. They were nice enough to remove the meal charge from the bill. Ill give them another chance. The 5 stars is more for the music venue itself.

My husband and I had dinner there before and during the Bernie Williams concert. I thought the food was so-so. Waitstaff was friendly and efficient. Bernie Williams and his band were amazing. The venue is beautiful. I love this place for concerts but am giving only 4 stars because I think the food needs improvement.

Overall, this isnt a bad place. I was only there once for happy hour, and I didnt have any issues. The one or two things I noticed were the prices and the portions. We got a few apps and drinks and the apps were pricey for what we ultimately received. I cant speak to the concert hall, but Ive heard good things.

This place is a wonderful place to see a concert. Not a bad seat in the house, plus the bar makes GREAT drinks. Everyone was very nice. Plus it is surrounded by incredible restaurants. Parking is PERFECT!!! Park, eat, see concert then have a night cap, then go home.

A great modern music hall, immaculate, fantastic acoustics, $5 parking in the same building. Got there a little late so the bistro was full, but there are alternatives just across the street. Dont give out many 5 stars but this one deserves it.

Was at Infinity Hall for a meeting. Flatbread pizzas of several varieties were fresh and very tasty. House Cabernet Sauvignon was delicious. Staff was fast and friendly. Side room is a good venue for a 20 or so people meeting.

Not quite as charming as the original but much easier to get to for people in central CT. Not a bad seat in the house and great acoustics. Very good place to see up-and-coming acts.
