We just wanted to thank the manager of the Palace Theater for making our first and definitely not our last show very nice. Laurie, the manager noticed we were there with our guide dog in training from Fidelco with us and came right up to us to let us know that the seats we were going to be sitting in with our dog would not be comfortable for the dog. Laurie asked us to wait a few minutes so she can check to see what other seating was available. Laurie returned in a very timely manner! Laurie apologized that we would have to go back downstairs as she found seating for us in Box seating. What a great manager you have and what fantastic customer service! We will definitely be back to the palace!

I just called the palace theater to buy tickets....I was placed on hold for ten minutes, then somebody picked up the phone and hung up on me. I called back immediately, only to find that the box office had closed for the day.......bad service!!

I call to put tickets on hold and they said they would and when I got their and I told them my name they said that they never had any tickets on hold so I was going to buy them and their was no more.

I recently went on a tour of the theater and found the architecture and history very interesting. The tour guides were very nice and added their own personal touch to the tour.
