My husband and I came across this place while looking for antique markets. So glad we did!! It is just great!! Very reasonable admission fee and $5 for a big container of food! The animal enclosures are large and clean. You can see that the animals are very well cared for and healthy. We had such a great time. The animals ate friendly and we just loved the petting barn. You can feed baby kids and lambs bottles it was just wonderful. There was also the sweetest little donkey that loved to be pet. And we actually pet a zebra!! We highly recommend this petting zoo Wish we lived closer but hope to get back one day. It is worth the 2 hr drive

I was there with my family which included 3 children. When leaving the facility the elderly man who works there and drives around in a red Hummer accosted me and my family. He placed his hands in and on my vehicle. We were leaving and I told him that I would call the police. He used profane language and vocalized threats. Hes fortunate that I de escalated the situation and we drove off. He broke the law and made us feel threatened by his awful behavior. Avoid this place and protect your safety from this deeply troubled and unsafe individual. Its a shame because we did enjoy the animals and feeding the goats etc.

In response to Peters review; the elderly man is in his 80s. He is not violent at all. He does not get personal space, but I think this is a major misunderstanding and your review should be removed. He is honestly incredibly friendly and I would imagine that maybe you did something that you were not supposed to and upset him. For the business itself, its beautiful, and the amenities are plenty including really clean facilities by the entrance. I was about to load the car to head there, but you are not open today :(

This was a great place to bring my children. They have quite a few animals in wide-open spaces. They have a great petting zoo barn which includes a llama, donkey, pigs and baby goats. My children got to bottle feed the baby goats. They have all kinds of things there, such as, miniature horses, bison, and even a zebra. Their musuem have life-like taxidermy animals in a panorama view including vegetation, rocks and characteristic displays. Theres a small playground outside for the kids too.

We paid $38 for a family of 4 to visit this place. It is essentially a goat farm with a playground. I mean feeding the goats with in the petting zoo was fun. But that was it. And we paid $5 to feed them. The Safari consisted of a long gravel road next to a fenced in pen. We saw 2 animals. A deer. And an emu.

Incredibly invigorating. Beautiful woods, colorful playground toys, and large pastures for deer and other animals. Lush and wooded grounds. Oppotunities for children to feed animals. Indoor displays too. Our family took 20 photos of children and parents, smiling gleefully.

Possibly one of my favorite places on the planet. Have been taking the kids here since they were small and theyve always loved it. Theyre 15 and 17 now and still enjoy it as much as always. The petting zoo itself is worth the trip. Awesome place.

This place is great. You drive around and then stop to look at and feed the animals. You can see zebras, goats, and various kinds of horses and cattle. You can also fees the goats with a baby bottle. The taxidermy museum is pretty cool too.

My wife and I brought the kids here when they were probable 12 or 13 years of age. A wonderful experience all around. That was a dozen years ago. Still have wonderful memories and the photos we took back at that time.
