We wanted to show an out-of-town work associate a cool place to eat in Littleton. My boss had recommended that we take her to this brewery. I had been to the brewery up in Breckenridge, Colorado, and also the one that closed down at Kalamath and 4th; however, this was my first time at this location. Boy was I impressed! From Santa Fe Blvd. the place looks like an industrial brewing outfit, but around the corner is an equally large restaurant with a big backyard where you can play bocce ball, other outdoor games and theres even a stage. As it was lunchtime and a work meeting, I wasnt able to try any of the beers on tap. I definitely want to go back. I also want to try there alcoholic homemade seltzer. The menu offered six packs or growlers of your favorite beer to take home. I saw many patrons ordering beer at the end of their meal to take with them. Three of us had the salmon lettuce wraps as our entree. Normally it is an appetizer. It was excellent! It was a salmon salad that did not contain a lot of heavy cream cheese. Instead it was light and sweet from the barbecue sauce and honey nut roasted peanuts. The out-of-towner had the steak salad, but substituted salmon. She thought it was great. Our waiter was pretty attentive and we had no complaints. We did have to ask to lower the shades as the sun was right in our eyes. The ambiance is large and Colorado-rustic. This is definitely a great place that would please a lot of people and definitely a great spot for your out-of-town guests.

Ive been here on several occasions but after our unpleasant encounter last time we wont be going back. This happened weeks ago but after being in the service industry for 15 plus years I cannot stop thinking about how horrible our experience was. First, My fiance and myself were rudely greeted upon our arrival. We told the hostess there would be 6 of us and asked if we could sit on the patio since it was so nice out! She rolled her eyes at us and responded the patio doesnt serve food. I asked her if it would be alright if we ordered inside at took it out so we could play games. Again, being visibly rude said "you can put you food in a Togo box and take it outside then." We took a seat at the bar awaiting our friends. The first bartender was pleasant but the second one belittled my friend when she arrived. My friend isnt that much of beer drinker and wanted some suggestions. The bartender laughed at multiple questions she asked, blatantly trying to embarrass her. After ordering beer we went outside and saw several families being served FOOD on the patio. We all were beyond uncomfortable and so upset at this point we just left and took our party of 6 elsewhere. They obviously didnt want our business. On a side note we went up the street to the plate bar and grill and had a blast! They have an amazing happy hour! Their staff was awesome and friendly. We all would highly recommend them!

We came here around 4pm on a weekday and were shocked how jam packed it was. It seems to be the spot everyone heads after the slope closes. We had to wait awhile to snag two seats at the bar. Beware the Breck location doesnt have a tour or tasting room. We accidentally booked the tour thinking it was the same place and it was actually a totally different location. oops! lol We ended up trying the Vanilla Porter, Avalanche Ale and Breck IPA. My favorite was the vanilla porter. It was a really great blend without being too sweet. Overall none of the beers were that memorable. The service here was on the slow side but not terrible. We didnt try the food since we already had dinner plans. Reeeeeeeally interesting people watching here. It was entertaining seeing both the people who probably had never smoked before as well as the drinking tons at high elevation people :P

A-Wheat 4.4abv amer style lighter than Bavarian but good ; Nitro L-IPA very good today ; O-Stout OoS WtH? great planning ; Nitro Porter good but w/additives unfortunately ; - New Breck, Pilsner good not great served in a small cheater glass, a 6$ RipOff, why? ; LuckyU IPA not really 0 hop as in none 68IBU? not today, lame ; overall disappointing, barely worth the trip, they now seem more focused on being a tourist destination than serving good beer (1 month opened) - Very nice, walked in on a Sunday late afternoon, right up to the bar and got beer, had 3, all v-good, although the pulled pork sandwich was a bit small, it was still pretty tasty! Went here and sat at the bar earlier this week with my dad. The whole facility is beautiful. They have fire pits, a bocce court and cornhole out back. The dining room area looks cozy with a nice fireplace. Their beer selection was extensive and exhaustive (I had the Pumpkin Spiced Latte beer - it was incredible). I thought something must be wrong with this place, so I didnt have great expectations for the food... however, the food was great! The bartenders were comical and friendly (Lance & Big Bill I think their names were?). Definitely recommend this place to anyone - families, couples, large groups.

So far Ive only been once. But based on that experience alone, I loved it! My wife and I went on a Wednesday night. Server was super friendly--wish I could remember her name. Atmosphere is very unique (to Littleton at least). Its a massive, rustic, farm house (hence the name) feel which was a pleasant setting to enjoy a good beer and an amazing elk burger--yes do try the elk burger!! Where we were sitting on the screened-in patio we could see people out back playing yard games and enjoying good beer. The wait time felt a little long at times, but we never felt neglected. We will be back!

We went to lunch here today, Thursday, for the first time. I thought we waited a little long for our orders. The service staff was very nice, polite and attentive. I ordered the Bacon lettuce avocado tomato sandwich, I ate it all. I also had the Caesar salad which was a substitute (I did not know it was extra) and was charged $2.50 (surprise!) for it. The food was above par. I had mango mosaic beer. That is what it tasted like and it was OK. I am no beer connoisseur, so it was just beer to me. The atmosphere was cool...industrial, rustic, farm. I would go back and just hang out there.

Absolutely wonderful dinner!! The atmosphere, the room, and the food are all on point. As a vegetarian, I was able to find a decent selection of dietary friendly meals to choose from. The meat eaters in my party were equally satisfied. Breckenridge needs to brew a few lighter brews for those who are not in love with IPAs and Stouts, but the beer I settled on ended up being quite delicious. I would definitely suggest this place as a nice-casual dinner location, a great spot for a family meal near downtown Littleton.

Friendly and attentive service. But lets get serious... one of the best beer varieties around. And the food is eclectic without straying too far from traditional. What they lack in presentation, is made up for by flavor. Youll find so many home-made foods on the menu from the pickles to the ice cream that the little things really come alive as great compliments to an awesome pour. Cant wait to come back and try more. Flight was $8 for 4, 4oz pours.
