If a strip-mall wine-bar appeals to you, then keep reading. We came to this place because of a Groupon, and were surprised in a bad way. From the moment we stepped inside it was awkward. The staff did nothing to guide us through the experience. We finally had to seek someone out and ask them where to sit and etc. Again after being seated we re-emphasized that we really were not familiar with the establishment and again the staff ignored us. Yes someome came by and asked what we would like to sample but no attention or information was imparted to us. Whether or not it was due to having a groupon is unknown but, we were treated as unimportant customers. Eventually the awkwardness caused us to leave before we had even fulfilled the terms of our coupon. Great idea but poor execution. They could use a good manager who knows customer service.

For a fabulous evening out, a gathering or to treat someone to the gift of wine making, VISIT THIS WINERY! The family owned establishment makes you feel at home the minute you walk in the door. My sister and I treated my mom last Christmas to an afternoon of wine tasting, chose a wine she enjoyed and mixed it the same day. It was even more fun to bottle our wine and use our own personal label. It is certainly the place where "everyone knows your name"

My wife and I found this place through groupon and we are glad we did. We went for a wine tasting and were very pleased with the service and attention we got from the entire staff, everyone was giving us suggestions and chatting with us that we ended up staying for a couple hours. We only tried one of the appetizers but the shrimp dish was amazing. By the end we left with a few bottles of wine and we would love to return.

I have never found another place that I feel comfortable as a wine newbie. Everywhere I seem to go seems to judge me or treat me as a fool just because I am a beginner at wine. There was no judgment they were totally helpful I learned so much the environment was perfect cozy and the wine was delicious. GREAT SERVICE Atmosphere etc

The service was not good and the wine is over priced. But what do expect from a strip mall "winery". You will get better service, have more fun and spend less money on a better selection if you just go down the street to Davidson during the tastings they offer.

Fun, unique, family owned and operated winery. Phenomenal selection of hand crafted wines and friendly staff to help you make your selection. The live music they host is a great addition to a romantic Friday night! Will be back again soon.

Wine is tasty but weak, think patio wine. Theyre service is limited. If they are having a fundraiser or meeting event prepare to be ignored. If you come in to use the Groupon or living social discount they are a little snooty about it.
