Wanted to take my girls out for a nice night. First we will start with the "buffet". Way over priced for some of the worse pizza I have ever had to eat. The staff of teenagers has no clue what they are doing or the meaning of the word "customer service". Came in on a Friday night. Was told the buffet deals are only available on weekdays, last time I checked Friday was a weekday. Next is the "bar" Waited for over 10 minute to get one beer ( here you can only have 4 per person at 4 bucks a cup, rip off ) and never had anyone help me. Kept asking the staff if I could get some service and none ever came. Next came the arcade. SUCKS! At least 1/4 of the games did not work. Won a 1000 ticket jackpot, the machine jammed and had to wait 20 minutes for the manager to help us. At 50 cents a game, fix your junk people. Will never go here again for anything. Would rather waste my money in Fresno. Fire your staff, get a manager that cares about the job and fix your stuff if you want to be over priced.

I only liked the place itself because it was clean and we made it fun. Staff was awful at best. I was sold a wrist band for my daughter which I thought would save money and get the most rides and I confirmed this with the girl at the counter. But the girl who sold it to me failed to mention that she was to small for most rides the wrist band was for. When I requested a refund for her band the manager assured me she was not to small and there were plenty rides for her. When we took her out to get on these "rides" they were suddenly closed even though they were open for another 2 - 3 hours. Awful pizza, Awful staff and way overpriced but the looks on their faces as we made the best of it was priceless and something they will never forget. Begrudgenly, We will go back soon..... Hopefully these reviews will change the horrible wrongs of this place and make it all around the best choice to have family fun that dosent break the bank.

These guys are crooks. Ive come for years to get batting cage tokens in bulk on 2for1 Tuesdays. Last Tuesday I spent $20 and was given a card with the balance of 40 rounds supposedly on it. I used two rounds right then and saved the rest. When I returned a week later, I was told there was no balance. Upon review, she said the balance was spent on games before Id even purchased the card and said it showed no deposit. I was cheated by the employee who sold the card. When I expressed this to Tiffany who was working there, she was extremely rude to me and essentially called me a liar. I will be calling Management in the morning to inform them of their sleazy employees, but for now i warn you all to stay away.

HORRIBLE TIME! I WENT WITH MY GIRL FRIEND AND WANTED TO TRY OUT THE GO CARTS AND THE NERDY WORKERS WERE ALL RUDE AS CAN BE, THEY LOOKED LIKE THEY JUST GOT OUT OF BED , SO GROSS! I FELT LIKE I WAS AT A CARNY EVENT. THE WHOLE PLACE NEEDS TO GET A WIPE DOWN WITH CLOROX WIPES ITS SO NASTY WHEN YOU ACTUALLY STOP AND LOOK AT WHAT YOUR TOUCHING DOORS,GOLF CLUBS, TABLES,SEATS,HANDRAILS. I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A GREAT EXPERIENCE BEING THE PLACE IS ON THE NEWER SIDE. ITS NOT BEING KEPT UP TO SAY THE LEAST. THE OWNER/OWNERS NEED TO PAY SOME SERIOUS ATTENTION OR ELSE THEY ARE GONNA HAVE A FORMER ADVENTURE PARK LOCATION LIKE HANFORD.

I dont understand all the bad rating.. we were there tonight for my sons birthday and it was a blast.. all the staff was friendly and our party hostess( Reina.. ask for her shes the best ever!!!) .. was friendly and made the party fun for my boys.. she being pretty also..lol.. all the games worked and all the attractions.. I wish I could put pictures so everyone can see how much fun we had.. thank you to adventure park and the hostess with the mostess Reina!!!

My son is loving it here since he is finally tall enough to ride on go-cart track. Only problem is that Im stuck inside at a game waiting for someone to give me the tickets he won. We asked 2 different people to call for help. No one came. I even called the main phone number since Im stuck here and was rudely spoken to when I explained the problem. Not getting brownie points for that.

Draggard Arcane

A decent arcade, several games were in disrepair though and that was bothersome. The outside attractions were nice, but look like they need more love and care in general. I think a small overhaul would easily make this a 5 star rating, it was still a fun time despite some small bumps with the attractions.

This place has really gone down hill in the last few years. I went there recently and about 30% of the game machines are out of order and another 20% dont function like they should. I wonder why people still go there. I dont think I will be going back unless I hear about major changes.

This place is sooo fun! The arcade is great. The laser tag is amazing and the employees are nice. Food is pretty nice also. There are also activities outside like electric and gas go carts, bumper boats, mini-golf, and batting cages. I go here all the time because it is very very fun!

Adventure park advertised that they would have 4 Pokestops with lures going for 4 hours. Visalia Music school is having a fundraiser that I am attending. They only had 2 lures and they were only on for like an hour. Thats totally false advertising and I wont be coming back here again!

Go-karts or service can be arcade steals your money and you pay for 10 balls in the batting cages you might get 3 because they hit the netting next to the hole where the ball comes out when you tell the dude that runs it he acts really rude and act like youre stupid for telling him

One of my families favorite place. You can always count on their race track & bumper boats to get the fun started.. they also have a nice outside area to host a lot of people. Inside game room is always clean and cool. Play and win tickets to cash in for prizes. .

Bad expensive pizzaand soft drinks. What happened to the buffet and the variety??? And even discount coupons from the mail arent really a deal. Your better off going to Round Table for a specialty pizza and tossing some cornhole bags around at home.

Many games and they have a card system now where you load money onto it and swipe on games or rides that you use. The tickets automatically load to your card and you can combine tickets on multiple cards. Everything is a lot easier to deal with :)

Its been a year since Ive been here and there were some changes within the arcade area as well as the Kritters Buffet, which is no longer a buffet. The fast pace sprint car track has changed to the toddler race track which is cool.

Pretty fun place, but the employees make me not want to come back. Terrible service, they roll their eyes and act all upset when you tell them the games didnt give any tickets/malfunctioned even though its their job to fix it.
