We were there on the 20th of March 2016! We drove down from the Bay Area, a 7+ hour drive! It took us 30 minutes to get to the main gate to process our parking passes, just to be told our memberships were canceled due to fraud. I showed them my emails, credit card, my online credit card statement AND even called my bank and had them speak to the bank call center manager and they still kept saying that I had canceled my tickets due to fraud and that they had refunded my money 3 weeks prior although they couldnt find the transaction of them returning my money to prove it had actually been returned, and my bank even told them no money had been returned. I had to repurchase our memberships on the spot, because there was no way I was going to turn around and go back home with a van full of upset crying children. There were no less than 10 other guest/groups of people that were having the exact same issue as we were with their tickets/season passes/memberships. Once we finally got inside the park (which took 2 hours start to finish from getting in line at the main parking gate to walking through the main entrance to the park.) There is on where near enough disabled parking spaces by the way! Once finally inside we were denied a disabled persons pass, because my friend who has been I a wheelchair since she was 13 didnt bring a doctors excuse, that said she was disabled, how long she would be disabled, and that she needed the pass, so they (The Staff of Six Flags Magic Mountain) had no way of knowing if she was actually disabled or not. They told us to purchase flash passes (They are $30-$95 ADDITIONAL per PERSON!!!) instead. We declined that offer of course. We then go to get water only to find out the water is $5 a bottle!!!! I asked them: Are you serious!!! $5 For water???? They said or you can get 2 small bottles for $6. Mind you these waters would cost only $1 anywhere else outside of the park. The lines for the rides were extremely too long, we got there when the park opened and stayed until it closed and only were able to ride 2 adult rides, and 4 small child rides. For a grand total of 6 whole rides. The food was way over priced for my friends who didnt have the dining pass like we did. It was gross and the restaurants were dirty and the floors were sticky. 3 of my friends and family members ended up with severe food poisoning. The trips to the restrooms were a serious adventure. There are too few of them and they are spaced too far apart. They were disgustingly filthy, out of seat covers and toilet paper. We complained and were told by a staff member she brings her own, and next time we should consider doing the same. I hate that we are stuck with these memberships for a year. If I wasnt under a contract I would cancel them for sure. The theme parks we have in Northern California are no where near this disappointing! WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!

I went to Sixs flags Magic mountain myself on February 28 2016 , I was suppose , to meet some people there. when I Got!! there to my shock,!! the whole!! California!! was !!out!! there!! they had Event Going on, And bring friend day , which I Did not know About this. I should have went on magic mountain website, to find out if there was special Event. But I forgot to do that. And plus it was on weekend. we could not find one Another. one person said the parking, was A Nightmare. it took her longer to get in the park. so i could not, wait for her Any Longer. I Left I Was Really Angry, And upset, And Disappointed. while i was waiting by the Entrance next to the metal Detectors, inside the park, waiting for my Group to, come. there was 3 seperate occasions, where I come Against Rude younger people, while i was waiting, one Boy teenager, Just Bumped And slam Against me Really hard, And he Laughed, He did not tell me, that He did not, mean to Do that , And he did not, say he was Sorry. My flesh just wanted to Grab Him And hit him, on top of his head, And tell him off.but I Just Let, it go because I Assume, that I would be put out, of the park , by security, or they would have call the police.I Did not do Anything to Anybody to deserve the disrespect And Rudeness, from, those young people. second incident when i was standing in long line to get, on one of the, rides, 2 girls teens was Acting silly, Like most young people, Act. her friend step , on my feet, so the girl that step, on my feet, did not say sorry to me . it was her friend that, sad it to me.to me, it felt like she did it on purpose.whatever!! 3rd incident was waiting for park to open right where, you go in the the gate. young couple, that had Baby with them, the lady was messing with my shirt, I should have turned Around And told her out Loud Excuse!! me!!, why Are you touching, me.I feel that security would have not done Anything.I will not be going back to magic mountain, Anymore. I Did not feel safe there. And I felt uncomfortable.when You go to places, And Amusement parks. person suppose, to feel safe And comfortable, And have fun, At the place. And plus i Do not like waited in really long , Lines.it seems Like most young people there Act Ghetto, towards other people.it seems Like I Wasted, my time Coming there, And Really Wasted my time coming way out there by Public transportation. When , I went to Universal Studios, And Knotts Berry Farm myself , I Never Got Treated, Like this by some young people.

I dont normally leave reviews but I had to considering my experience at this... "amusement" park. Pros: - Variety of rides - The rides are fun... when and IF you can get on them. Cons: - The park is over priced... extremely overpriced Ex: $6 for a lemonade at a stand, $4+ for a $1 soda. $20s just for parking... in a ENORMOUS parking lot thats probably bigger than the park itself. -The lines are brutal; you will wait anywhere between 40 minutes to 3 hours to get on a ride; even one of the smaller ones. -Unprofessional staff; No estimated times given when a randomly malfunctioning ride will be succesfully serviced and operable(this can render you waiting in line for large, unnecessary amounts of time). You could be waiting for an hour in line like I did, a error will randomly occur with the ride, the staff will tell you that they recommend you wait a little while longer, and the next thing you know, youve waited an additional 30-40 minutes, the staff finally gives you an update, indicating that the ride will more than likely no longer be available for the rest of the day and that everyone in line should find something else. -Random groups/organizations of people that are extremely loud and obnoxious(not all groups/organizations, but you can get some noisy, irritating ones). Im sure this is just a hit and miss con; The day we decided to go, was the same day a HUUUUUUUGE group of what Im assuming to be high school club students went and they were EVEEERYWHERE. Constantly shouting and dancing the same things, regardless of where they were located; be it on a ride, near it, near the bathrooms, food booths... there was no catching a break. Seems like a money hungry THEME"D" park with very little thought from the owners regarding the people whod be attending it. If you want to walk long distances and wait in extremely long lines that might end up closing anyways, whilst paying an arm and a leg for products worth a fraction of what they sell for, then six flags is the place for you.
