Shelley is one of the friendliest persons Ive come across in any industry. From answering the phone before we arrived to departure she helped make our night awesome after some other plans fell through. From entering our names to getting our kids some lighter weight balls to making sure the music was playing. Our requests were met with a friendly smile and a great attitude! I wish she could train every other person in the customer service industry.

Great establishment for all people and family. My son,Lawrence has been bowling there for several years with others with Special needs and Santa Clarita Lanes treat them all with kindness and repsect and offers a decent fee for 2 games...Great job!
