We paid for 5 people for 2 games and they made a mistake and gave us 6 people so we played thinking nothin will happen. But once we started the first game like halfway thru they and said we had to leave because of a mistake they made. Also horrible service and a very annoying manager with gray hair and glasses gave us attitude and no refund for their mistake. Also given uncooked food. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!

My family and I bowl alot, I have found that of the the three bowling centers in town this is the nicest! However it is hard to get a lane at all 3 locations.. Southwest has the nicest facility and the staff is nice and helpfull..It is clean and good family fun.. I would recomend this location to people!!

This place is the place to go if youre looking to bowl in Bakersfield. Saturday prices are steep after 8pm (Friday prices are too between 8pm and 10pm) if youre not in a league. But why would you not be in a league? Costs less to be in a league for 8 to 10 weeks than one night out with the family.

Everyone complains about never being able to get a lane but honestly I think its something you guys are doing wrong. How about you try not to go during the busiest time or how about you call ahead. Shocker I know right. I have always walked in and got a lane right away. No waiting at all.

The bowing was fun, no issues getting a lane. The food from the coffee shop was surprisingly good. The restroom was beyond disgusting, no telling how much bacteria is thriving in there. The bar was meh at best, service wasnt as quick as one would hope for on a slow night.

when me and my family decide to go bowling with is not often there is always a 45 min. to 1 hour wait if they get so much business they should remodel and make it bigger or relocate were there alleys avaliable for lots more people

Touched me inappropriately by servers, staff, and management. Rude and disrespectful. Delayed service. Paid for 5 people to play two games. The establishment charged us 6 people and cut off our second game.

We had a blast in this place employee Nolan was super awesome. He provided great customer service. We will be back for another family night of bowling due to the speedy service provided by this young man.

Usually its a great experience, today the floor was sticky in areas hard to bowl and slide, balls were in the gutters, took a while to start and get assistance.
