I received a coupon in a local mailer for this place (that I have been to before many times). I was informed by staff member Corey that it could not be used at this store (the ONLY location within 25 miles of my home, the house that the coupon was sent to!) Corey informed me that there was a similar coupon provided by this location but he couldnt offer to me because he needed the barcode (and he didnt have in store and there was no way to access). Understanding that there was nothing HE could do (to override or offer a similar deal) I asked for a manager. He informed me there was no manager on site and wouldnt be in until tomorrow. He called a supervisor and, making sure I was in earshot, made sure to point out he told me he couldnt honor and said things like "I know, thats what I told her!" After getting off the phone he smugly reiterated that there was nothing he could do. I asked if there was anyone else he could ask and he told me the GM was on vacation and had been for two weeks. So basically no one cared that we drove 7 miles with two cars full of people because of a deal NO ONE was willing to honor (or give us anything comparable) and there was NO compassion or willingness to remedy the problem. We left very upset and will not return. And while he did remain calm the entire time, Corey did not handle the situation like a manager would. He should absolutely not be left in charge to run the store on an extremely busy Saturday afternoon.

So dont go to matador bowl. They dont have parking for the crowds. They have a lead so that makes it rough to know when you can actually bowl. We got there at 7:30 they said come back at 9:15 A woman said the best time to play is on Monday. Even if you buy food they dont suggest eating at the bar (which is low key hidden) i bought Buffalo Wings and a foutain drink no one suggested to where I could seat and eat until i started to bowl. I never been ignored before i felt disrespected. sad to say my boyfriend wasnt surprised because of how he looks that treatment was "normal". Safe to say. I finished my food and we left. It was something about the environment that made us uncomfortable.

This place use to be amazing fun, well taken care of, great service quality and clean, now is more of a dump, not maintained bad customer service, worn out and messy and and seams they only care about the bowling league members and not the every day customers that walk in giving them preference over others. They have the night time bowling and if you dont get there early to reserve lanes you might as well not even bother going or you will have to wait for your turn for ours.Not worth going here any more there are much better places elsewhere

Its your average run-of-the-mill bowling alley. It isnt flashy, the service isnt particularly good, parking is easy, theirs a liquor store right next door and the gear is pretty old. They have a couple of pool tables and a few arcade machines. At the time of this review, some of the best times to go are probably for their $14 unlimited bowling (including shoes) on Mondays after 8PM and Tuesdays for $2 games, shoes and PBR beers after 8PM.

I called ahead of time to see if there were lanes available, and they told me there were. When I got here, a league was playing, and they were reserving more lanes for another league, but they didnt tell me that on the phone. All the lanes were full when I came, but they helped squeeze me in before the Kids Bowl Free program ended. My three year old had fun his first time bowling. Thanks, Matador Bowl!

We were told it would be 45 minutes for a lane so we reluctantly waited 1 hr and 15 minutes. I approached them and was told it would be 5 minutes. I approached them again after 5 minutes and now Im told the time they gave me was an approximation. Now there is one other person in front of me. I am beyond pissed. Leaving now

So this is not the place my grandpa used to own! Carl Tapia would be turning over right now. What happened to the decency, friendliness, and the out right tradition of the alley. But the place I was brought to and learned to love as a kid is obviously gone! What happened to tradition and the art of bowling alley!?

When you call to ask about their specials they leave you on hold for like 1/2 an hour and when they first pick up they just say can you please hold and put you on hold before saying anything which is rude its a disappointment.. Its my favorite place but this is ridiculous !!

We reserved three lanes for a birthday party. Bowling was great, but we found out there were promotions for cheaper options when we got there than what we prepaid. We were told the promotions are only good for "first come, first served" and not for reservations.

1 hour wait and there are 6 lanes open. They said that league play has to have 2 lanes on each side so that they dont disturb the league. BS !!!! No other lanes in the area do this. Dont bowl here. Also, the food is suspect....dont order anything.

I went for the first time Had a great time with my girlfriend and friends, i went on a double date they had friendly service and is also cheap and it was also our first time going bowling and they even had pool which we also played

Atypical spot for bowling, they have good packages for birthday parties. There are fewer bowling options in the area, anymore, so Im glad that this one is as good as it is. Have a good beer selection, and decent food.

The alley is pretty decent. Sometimes its tough trying to play a real game while others are too busy messing around instead of bowling. This should be monitered a little better. Other than that... Good place to bowl.

Fun place. They stop serving food at 12!!! :(. And stop serving drinks at 1am only setback. Everything else is great! Also, wednesday nite no cosmic bowling :(. Great prices..Great music!

Good entertainment place for families with kids over 8yrs old. Younger kids practically have nothing to do,not even in their arcade area, which usually has many machines out of order

The place was packed when I went. There was an hour wait. (It was a Saturday night). Music was ok, lighting was fun. Younger crowd to deal with. Not an adult hangout spot.

Best bowling in town, also love the food there. You need to make sure to try the sampler platter. I recommend bowling in the morning, $3 per game its an awesome deal.
