The worst club in downtown San Francisco. Ive been here twice now to give it a fair chance and both times have been horrible for different reasons. The first time they promoted the event as "free drinks" with the purchase of a $35 ticket. Upon arriving it became clear this was a con. There was two bar tenders for hundreds of attendees. My group waited for 75 minutes and then right when we got to the front they told us that the free drinks were no longer available. Talk about an epic bait and switch. The second time they sold tickets to Duke Dumont for $50 each. After waiting in line for an hour in the cold, my girlfriend and I got in and went to go get in line for a beer. After waiting for 25 minutes the bar tender told us that only the downstairs bar took a card. Upset, we headed downstairs and waited for another 20 minutes, only to be told that the system was down and only cash was accepted. Oh, and they dont have an ATM. On top of this, the sound system is complete garbage; the worst Ive ever experienced in a SF club in over 5 years. Not an exaggeration. The building layout is awkward as hell and you have to go through a maze to use the restroom and youll be uncomfortably packed like a sardine trying to watch a show you can barely hear. Dont waste your time.

Came here for a launch party and was impressed by the architecture and the layout. There are several levels connected via tucked away staircase. The main room has a stage for music performances other smaller levels had small rooms, bars and tables. As we expected, drinks were pricey, but the bar service was unbelievably slow and they were severely understaffed. Not sure if this is the party hosts responsibility or the group associated with the venue. Either way it was frustrating. Cool art on the walls, exposed brick and neat lighting. Would come back again for another event, hopefully without the same logistic issues.

Worst new years party iv ever been to. If everyone they sold tickets to tried to make it to the main event floor I honestly believe someone would of died. I stood in front of an empty stage for over 2 hrs couldnt even move had to literally push my way out because no one knew what to do and just stood there. Didnt even try to get my coat just left it at the coat check in.

Teóricamente, es un club. En la práctica, un lugar para eventos. Desde Vision2020 de Inc. a presentaciones de los últimos productos de Microsoft.

Not a good place for music. Came here to see Duke Dumont and there was only one set of speakers at the front of the space. The sound was absolutely terrible. If you were more than 20 feet from the stage all you could hear was bass. The event was definitely oversold too. Wont be back here for music.

Pretty decent venue for the location. The wifi was terrible. Im not sure if that was the venues fault.
