I like to say first that the Rosehill facility is a beautiful space for your events. It was just disappointing on how aloof and unaccommodating the staff was during our event. One female staff (don’t want to mention her name) was actually rude on how she talked and how she handled a situation to us. Her tone of voice was unbecoming and threatening saying repeatedly “I will call the police” and warning us that our party will be off. It’s understandable that there is a need to call the police if our guests were being rowdy, fighting or destroying properties. The event is celebrating an 18th birthday and most of our guests were high school seniors. You don’t expect high school seniors to come there and just sit down and whisper to each other. It’s typical for teenagers to get excited and noisy if they party with friends and for them, this is a place to party and have fun. I end up scolding this high school seniors many times just to avoid the sneering looks of the staff. If your staff cannot bear the sound of loud music and excited guests then they shouldn’t be working there. There was another event on the end of the building and their guests told me that they can’t even hear our music or the noise from our event. Also every time you ask the staff a favor or a question like, “how can we dim the light?” where is the light switch? What?.. Where?…,How?, they are not accommodating at all and made us hesitant to approach them. I would suggest teaching the Rosehill management to teach their staff people skills and better customers service. Since people from different race, age group, gender, sexual orientation, disability and religious/belief rents this facility it would be great to offer their staff cultural diversity awareness education and training.

While I do not still live in Mukilteo, I absolutely still love this place. To start, it is gorgeous. Just over 5 years old, everything outside and inside are up to date and modern. There are two levels. The lower level hosts a small gym with workout equipment. You can purchase a punch card to use their facilities. They also offer an array of fitness classes for all levels. Also in the lower level is a game room with a ping pong table, board games, and even an xbox. Upstairs are more rooms that are used for anything from yoga classes to school district trainings. There is a huge meeting room that has glass floor to ceiling windows overlooking the sound. Many people use this for banquets, weddings, conferences, and other community activities. Two large kitchens in the back allow for catering companies to prepare food right on site. My favorite room is a quiet room. It has arm chairs, a few tables, and a fireplace. With the free wifi and views of the sound, I love coming here to study. Rosehill also offers a range of community events throughout the year, so be sure to check out their website!

DONT BOOK ANYTHING HERE!!! Well the one and only other review here I can testify is kind, compared to my experience with the staff. I wont go into all the details of our experience as we have been battling with the facility and trying to cancel our reservation after 12 hrs and its been going on for months all over a few hundred dollars. The last reviewer said it perfectly, every question Ive called about or gone in and asked about, every single person either didnt know, acted inconvenienced, was short and flat out rude especially the manager JANET. If your thinking of a important event or wedding here, you may want someone to help you who cares and wants to help you thats easy to work with. This is not Janet, the center or their management. Ive never in my life experienced such horrible people to work with.

Beautifully-constructed, locally and conveniently situated community event center. I participated in Health Fair as a vendor, and was able to enjoy the sweeping view of the water, the romance of the ferries coming and going. Was thinking what a great venue it must be for wedding and other reception-type events!

Beautiful location in Old Mukilteo. Reading room with fireplace, fitness rooms and classes, nice space rentals for receptions, weddings, etc. I think they still have a farmers market once a week.

A group with which I was involved rented a room in the community center in which we received a clean room with chairs provided, as well as an enchanting view of the water. What a pleasant time.

Went here the other day for a little sprouts music together class (which are amazing!!!!) and a few years ago for a wedding. The views are amazing and there is a lot of room.

Its so nice! A great view of the ocean, rooms with activities, the gym. And the other day, there was a wedding going on. Its also within walking distance to the beach.

Was here for a wedding in early September. Beautiful construction that overlooks the water. The deck view was gorgeous when the sun was setting.
