Fanuel St Park is set right next to the famous Mission Bay. The well traveled Mission Bay Boardwalk runs through this small green park so there is a lot of interest for those who like to watch people or have fun as recreation includes: sunbathing, volleyball or paddle ball for the athletic, Frisbee, catch football, sailing on the bay, bike riding, skating, photography and picnicking. Nice place to spend casual time with a great view and your crew.

Great location for hanging out with friends. Showers and restrooms are available at this bay front park. You can have a nice BBQ and the is even a hot coals disposal place. Volleyball courts are available too. Parking in the main parking lot can be tricky, but nearby streets have plenty of spots.

This is one of the best parks in San Diego! Its small, but has equipment and concrete dolphins to clime on, a grassy area to run around on, on the beach, and nice bathrooms. It is a hidden gem, in this great city.

Good little park hidden right on the beach. Typical PB parking, but worth the hike. Plan on windy conditions, and have a backup plan for guests to find you if your prominent birthday banner blows away.

Great for kids. Clean park. Tons of locals. Quiet. Some shade, but bring a hat and light jacket. Can get hot without wind and cold with too much wind. No waves, great for little ones to go wading.

Very beautiful setting right on the bay. The park is small and there is never parking available during the weekends. Avoid the bathrooms at night, gathering place for junkies and bike thieves.

A place to relax, excersise, bring the kids, walk the dogs, have a picnic, and just enjoy people watching all of the bicyclist, skaters, walkers/runners, and the boats in the bay that go by.

This park is really nice to go to with kids because you have the option of slides, swings and other kids entertainment as well as the calm beach. Bathrooms also available.

Pretty view, large park but its on the side of a steep hill. Sneak up here and watch the seaworld fireworks in the summer.
