Hiked here in a group of 30 mainly to see the Manzanita trees, which our guide told us can only be found "in abundance" in 2 places in the world. Our guide was very friendly. We reached a few places on the trail with pretty landscape views, but they were nothing mind-blowing and we walked by them quickly. The Manzanita trees werent too interesting aside from how rare they supposedly are. (Im confused, though, what the guide meant by "in abundance", because Wikipedia suggests that Manzanitas can be found in several spots, not just two.) Very easy hike if youre in the area and are looking to take a leisurely stroll uphill and back down. I wouldnt go out of my way to recommend to friends.

Beautiful views of the Bay and the valley. Doesnt get too mudd yh during rain yh season. Well maintained, lots of sighting of wild animals.
