Since this is a negative review, Ill start with the positive: The tasting portion of the tour is cute and does give a good overall view of the product and variety. Also, I noticed that management only responds to positive reviews, so Ill attempt that first. Disappointed from the moment I made the reservation. Made a reservation for 2 p.m. arrived and found out that the person at the front desk had made a mistake and transcribed our reservation for the day after at 2 p.m. The staff was accommodating after some argument on my part but in all honesty the overall price for three people to go to a chocolate factory is kind of exorbitant. The average chocolate bar goes for $7.50 a piece and after seeing the overall efficiency problems of the facility I can see why. The staff does its best to try and cover up the fact that theres a lot of waste on the product line and spent chocolate on the floor and in buckets and then gloss over some of the other issues that seem to be sticking out when theyre running product. While we were watching their one chocolate lines a woman had gone on break and nobody was bothering with the boats that floated by with chocolate. After she returned she then proceeded to sprinkle whatever product inside the boats but during the time she was absent nothing had happened, therein leaving those chocolates improperly labelled. They do spend a lot of time on the rainforest Alliance and that somehow this ties into the fact that theyre charging this much for chocolates but I honestly didnt see why I as a consumer should care for their antics. Definitely not my thing and will definitely avoid their products in stores since Im not someone who subsidizes this sort of ineffencicy.

The factory seconds are a thing of the past. I just left the shop where I spoke with an employee who told me that starting January 5th they will begin doing factory tours and only offering the seconds from that day to the people on the tour. They used to have an amazing deal on their factory seconds, but if youre still hoping to find that bargain at this location, dont waste your time. They appear to be more interested in a high-end clientele now. Sad.

Visited the chocolate factory location near Southcenter and was glad I did. Didnt see any Oompa Loompas but the woman there was friendly and generous with samples. In addition to the pretty retail boxes and individually wrapped pieces, they have "factory seconds" in plain brown bags for really deep discounts. If you dont mind your chocolate a little pre-broken or slightly melted its an incredible deal. Still tasted great!

Amazing chocolate with so many flavors, you will be surprised. Little bit expensive... Good customer service, I had a coupon, and I didnt know theyre not using that coupon anymore, but sale person asked manager, and they honor me to use it. I spent $50 but made lots of people happy (I was traveling, so little sweet gifts from Seattle). My last visit I took my friend to shop and store looks beautiful after remodeling.

The chocolate is good, the packaging is wonderful. Customer service is lousy. The service reps never seem to know how to do anything or what products are available. Only once did I attempt to place an order which was delayed a week so I cancelled. The retail markup is incredibly high. Shipping is outrageously overpriced. Incrediby frustrating.

SC offers high quality ingredients in their chocolates with wonderful choices in a a variety of chocolate "shade". They give Godiva excellent competition at a lower price, so much so that after I moved to South Dakota I mail order in my chocolate. Go to one of the stores that carry it and judge for yourself, taste and value.

Wow , this was an amazing experience. The tour was so exciting and surprising. The tour guides are so informative and really walk you into the Seattle chocolates history. The location is right by the airport, which was perfect entertainment for my flight. Oh , and that cayenne Veracruz orange

Good chocolate and friendly staff, and lots of chocolate samples. Would recommend not going on the 3 oclock tour as its the last tour of the day, so theres not as much to see, but would recommend going to an earlier one instead.

Seattle Chocolates taste great! I give them as hostess gifts and gifts to clients. I love their tasting room in Tukwila. We are very lucky to have them in our region. They are locally-owned and woman-owned business too!

Took the factory tour and it was informative and fun. We got to taste some great chocolate and if you fill out the survey you get a 10% percent discount on any chocolate out purchase after the tour. I highly recommend it.

This store is amazing - all of their products and you can make your own mix of wrapped chocolates in so many flavors. Great, friendly staff here too! This will be THE place to get chocolate for me from here on out.

This isnt your ordinary chocolate. They start with the finest chocolate made in Germany. Yummm! They even server their chocolates on Alaska Airlines in the first class cabin! If you want a treat, try this!

Factory seconds. They had a pick your own station but have not seen that since the remodel of the store. Hoping they bring that back. Great staff that is friendly and knowledgeable about their products.

The employees are super nice, but the chocolate is lackluster at best. The packaging is pretty, so it could make a pretty gift for someone who is enamoured with the idea if anything "Seattle".

I have worked nearby for all for 2+ years and I never knew they had a outlet store there. Totally worth a stop in as they have great chocolate and good prices compared to normal store pricing

I ordered them for a gift but ordered an extra peanut butter dark chocolate to try. It was incredibly good! There is a great variety of flavors at a good price with reasonable shipping!!!

Used to come here quit a bit for the seconds bag for $5. They have recently doubled in price making it not worth trying new flavors. I sadly wont see myself going back as it isnt worth it.

Seattle chocolates is definitely a top attraction for Seattle. I really enjoyed my tour experience. If you touch down in the area , you have to check this out for yourself.
