My husband and I decided to bring our kids bowling here tonight 7/29 because they been asking to go for weeks. We showed up around 10:30pm and bought 3 games on separate lanes so we wouldnt leave too late. The lady who worked here by the name of Rachael who assist us at the front desk was so rude and disrespectful. She gave me an attitude and rolled her eyes when I asked for 3 games and told me, "You guys dont have time for that. You can do that only do if you guys get separate lanes," so I replied nicely to her, "Thats fine. That was our plan." Our total came out to be $34 and my husband gave her $44. She got frustrated because she didnt know how much change to give us so she grabbed the calculator for help then tossed the $10 change and the shoes on the desk. Not only was she providing bad customer service but she was so rude and disrespectful. We didnt come here to freeload or lounge around. We are paying for their service. I took my kids and left while my husband asked for our change back. We dont plan on ever coming here again! We are not going to pay for this type of service whether its $1, $40, or $100. She needs to be taught a little something about customer service.

My family and I have been regular patrons here for the last 5 years. My youngest son is in his second year on Jr bowling league. The coach is wonderful. Larry the head guy is great guy, take no BS from anyone, runs a tight ship. Never had a bad time here, people are always nice and respectful. All the employees are competent and trust worthy. I left my phone (Samsung galaxy S4, not cheap phone) more then one occasion, every time it was returned safely with no hassle. Great place for everyone in the family, or even with friends.

Bummed that I called at 9 to ask about an arcade, and no one thought to tell me the summer hours and that it did not open until 1 (unlike what it said online!) Definitely should change the hours on Google so that children dont get excited.

They need new pool cues BAD. They have three and one is cracked and broken. There are two pool tables. You dont math. Also taking a star off because the shut off their arcade 20 minutes early so I didnt get to play.

I think this is one of the nicest bowling alleys I have ever been to. Clean and well decorated. They have a small bar with good beer. Check to see when they have fluorescent bowling night as it is quite an experience

Not a good atmosphere durring the night. Many people just trying to cause trouble. Not a place to leave your children without a parent.

Way, way, way better than Yuba Citys bowling alley. Clean, fun, and REASONABLY priced! They even have a $2 a game nights!!!
