These employees are the rudest most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. Me and my family went here on a Sunday (Feb 19th, 2017)afternoon to play a few nice games of bowling. As soon as we got there things started out bad. We told the older woman with dark hair and glasses at the desk we wanted two games for two of us to play together. She made it ridiculously complicated. And then charged us for four games. We ordered one pizza and two breadsticks before we even got our lane. After an hour and 45 minutes we still did not have our food. I told the young man with black hair that we were almost done with our games and just would like our money back. He was very rude and said that they had already started making it. We had already asked them two times before then how long it would be and were told they could not give us an answer. He finally said "fine, we will refund you. But you are going to have to wait." then he walked away and did not help me further. Another nice man and you g woman had to come handle it. When we were done bowling is when we realized that she had charged us for four games. We went up to the desk asking for the money back on the two games that we were not playing. The woman was extremely rude. And then the man (same one who was rude about the food) chimed in with her continuing to be rude. After we got frustrated because of their attitudes and how complicated they were making the situation they threatened to call the cops on us . Then the woman did call the cops and told them we were threatening them because we were asking for our money back. Im in awe at the lack caring and customer service. Ive never had such a horrible experience. Used to love going here with our family but we will not be coming back. Also whoever is managing this location, Id love to speak with you regarding this visit. Sincerely, a former loyal customer

I came here to have a good time with friends. Didnt happen. Half way thru game, lane shuts down. They said that their system thinks someone didnt pay. They made everyone pull out their receipts.i threw mine away of course. I told her this and said im not digging in the trash. She refused to turn the game back on. She made me give her my card number so she can check the system and turned it back on over 20 min later. I went outside. I was pissed. I came back in and could not find a way to bowl with the mood i was in. So, i dug in the wet slimy trash and found my receipt and put it on the counter demanding a refund. The owner cane out and told me she didnt have anything to refund me for because at this point my friends were almost done with the game. The worst service i have ever had. The owner was the terrible doubting person the entire time. If thats who runs that business, i will never return. She refused to make us feel at least valued. If they dont care about customers, then dont wont care if you or i choose the cheaper competitors nearby. All of them have better prices.

lane conditions were terrible. Beer everywhere..approach was like walking in a public restroom at a concert. There was even dried up mystery liquid in the ball return. Everything was sticky. Employees slacking off oblivious to the dirty conditions. I get bowling ally isnt supposed to have gourmet food, however it took twenty minutes for an order of nachos with cold cheese and stale chips. Overall, if you are serious about your game I would consider a different bowling alley.

Just started bowling on a bowling team here at AMF Rocklin Lanes, and Im very surprised how great the lanes are. My first week, I almost bowl a 600. Rocklin Lanes, is not a very big place, but not small either. They have a great bar area for drinks, and a pool table, with a few nice size TVS. The food is good. I would say this a very nice place for family & friends to meet and have fun. GO CLEVELAND INDIANS! I WILL BE WATCHING AND BOWLING TONIGHT!

Sorry, I cant give this place a good review at all. Lanes are very, very poorly maintained, staff doesnt tend to anyone. Watched a family of 6 kids almost get bowled over multiple times and the parents didnt care, nor did the staff show concern about their safety. I am an avid bowler and travel alot, seen alot but never anything quite this bad. Go to AMF Mardi Gras, theyre not perfect but a hell of alot better than this AMF

Went there for the $10/ea special they had promoted on their front door n when we got inside it turned out to b $16/ea, we mentioned the sign out front said nothing about $16 n the guy said he knew more than what the sign said...if he wasnt so rude about it we wouldnt have mind paying but I dont support ppl who have sh**ty attitudes n think they know everything when clearly he was in the wrong

Came on a Thursday night about 5:45 pm. There were 3 lanes occupied. The gentleman behind the counter said they didnt have any lanes opened. They had a league coming. This place was empty! Im pretty sure Im a good looking clean cut guy, I had a pretty girl with me. What did I have food in my teeth or something. Someone tell me why I shouldnt give this place 1 star?

Twas late night friday and around the galleria area with around 12 friends, found this bowling alley on Iphone as the nearest in the area, was very clean and the workers there were awesome, they had great hospitality, we were the loudest group there and they cheer us on for more. Strongly recommended for having a GREAT TIME!

A/c doesnt work. Its 88°. most of the time in the summer a/c hasnt worked right for the last 8 summers. Bowlmore controls the a/c from back east and turns it on at 5:30p Pacific time. Its 103° in Rocklin at 530pm . Takes 2-3 hrs to cool down the bowling alley. So if you want to get roasted in the evening go there.

Poor customer service, the staff is not engaged, and they are always understaffed. I have taken my family here a couple of times because lanes are always available. At the end of the day, lanes are available because this place is mediocre at best and the crowds are elsewhere.

This place isnt so greate if you want to have a good time for to the one on madison. The music is so old even my grandma would say its outdated and they have projectors flashing on the wall right behind the pins. (You know to help you concentrate.)

Fantastic. Just started bowling more trying to get into a league and this is the only place i would want to start at. Great employees, good lanes, and pro shop is amazing, Joe Salvemini is a great guy and will help you with anything you need

Older bowling alley but well kept. It was easy to get a lane and there was a good ball selection and the shoes were in good shape. Downside was the food was just OK and very pricey and the wait at the bar was ridiculous.
