Horrible casino. The staff itself was very slow and off. They were not attentive at all, and like to stare instead of doing their jobs or asking if we needed help. We are from Yuba City, my family and I and we decided to drive down to Orville to get a Christmas tree. On the way back, we decided to stop by the casino to grab a bite to eat at the buffet. The buffet staff didnt look friendly at all and seemed rushed. (On Wednesday, a slow day) On our way out, my step-father decided to play a game of blackjack as my mother, my sister, and myself waited. I was asked to get change for a $20 and as I did, the lady was very rude and slow exchanging my money like she didnt know how to count. My sister, who is older than me didnt have her ID so when the other cashier asked about my sister I replied to her she doesnt have her ID but I can assure you shes 22 and not to worry, shes staying with my mother and step-father waiting for him to be done, NOT touching anything. I understand the concern with this because they can get in trouble but to throw an attitude like a child and ignore me and what I had to say was highly unecessary. Instead, the lady was pointing in my direction while I was just standing there. I had to reassure her I wasnt trying to make any trouble so I continued to stand in the same spot not making a move because I assumed she was calling security over. The security came over and was very rude about asking for my ID, I again showed not only him but the cashiers for my ID and was trying to show him I was with my family right behind the machine but he took off without even listening. If the staff would just listen to me for a second so I could reassure them my family was right behind me, they would save the time and effort looking for them. Their staff was a joke, very unorganized, and undisciplined. I only had to take two steps to join back with my family and I had my ID prepared to show any staff to continue to ask me. And of course I was right, two other staff approached me and I smiled and showed them my ID to assure them. I told them the situation and they nodded their head in reassurance. My sister and I were standing in the same spot the whole time the staff was running around like a chicken without their heads and it took them 5 minutes to find us when we were standing 3 feet away by the cashier. I am a college student working on a double major between psychology and computer engineering. I am not a kid, so your tone and your attitude while dealing with the situation was not appreciated. I assume anyone who applies to the Feather Falls casino is allowed to work there. What an embarrassment. I hope you train your staff better more than what a McDonalds employee can even handle.

The Feather Falls Casino has and all you can eat buffet, and a very nice restaurant with excellent food. The buffet offers a fresh salad bar with fruits and vegetables cheeses and shrimp. The buffet has a different menu every day so check first to make sure they are serving your type of food for the main courses. Types of menus include Chinese, Steak and Seafood, Mexican, Etc. The restaurant has a bar with a brewery and an excellent choice of Home brewed beers. I think they have the best salads in town. Ive had the fish and chips here and its excellent. Actually everything Ive eaten here at their restaurant / Brewery is excellent. I like the fact that I can choose to eat either in the large restaurant area that is fairly quiet (unless it is something like Monday night game night and they have the large TV blaring away) or in the cozy cafe section with a small TV at just about every table. There is a little wait for your food after you order it because they make everything to order. On the other hand, at the All U Can Eat Buffet, you can walk right in and start eating after you pay at the desk. Around dinner time there is a waiting line to get it.

Wow ! This was a great experience. We went for our 17th wedding anniversary. The website was very easy to navigate and the room looked exactly like the pictures.We stayed in the Ponderosa suite. Very clean and it looked like they just remodeled it because it seemed like no one had ever stayed in the room before us. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. The pub/bar and grill restaurant was darn tasty and very inexpensive considering the quality of food we received. We both agreed that the food was unbelievably good and the choice of handcrafted beers was just incredible ( get the beer float, it is awesome ! ) . It was an amazing experience. The slots werent very good to me but my wife won enough in the two days we were there to pay for our whole trip ! We have been to a few Indian casinos and this is by far the best hotel and casino we have been to. We will be back for sure. Thank you Feather Falls Casino, we had a great time !

A little card room like Napa Valley Casino has 3 Texas Holdem tables going almost 24/7... I go to Feather Falls at 12:30am and there is no holdem going on at all!!!! Not even one table!!!! I dont like to lose my money playing slots, one mindless push or pull after another... But i had too because no HoldEm.. The slots are GARBAGE! None of the indian casinos in all of Butte county have good slot machines. They are all rigged to pay the minnimum once every 30 spins or some BS... I played Wheel Of Fortune slot and only got one spin in like and hour. At lake tahoe i played wheel of fortune slot amd played all night got like 30 spins and left with more money than i went with.. STAY AWAY!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

We had big expectations for our visit, I had multiple people rave about the food and their beer is a staple we buy at the market. We ordered the beer sampler so we could decide which pints to order with food. One taste and I understood why someone at the next table had a bottle of Bud Light at a micro brewery. I dont know if it was just taps that had not been serviced or what, but this was not the beer we buy from the market. Maybe that was just a bad batch, theres 9 of them, something has to taste good. Nope. No good. That one is worse. This one is my favorite.. nope, ruined here too. I highly recommend Feather Falls Brewing be enjoyed anywhere else but here. Here, order the Bud Light in a bottle.

This place is so NICE! It is very Vegas stylish. Cant believe they have friendly employees at every door to open them for you. Our first day of arriving, we ate lunch in the Brewery Restaurant. The salad was awesome and the fish and chips were Alaskan cod, hand battered. My husband had the sushi and loved it. Went to the Tom Petty tribute. Very small venue and very fun. The band was excellent. Lunch the next day with the best chili I have ever had including my own, which is pretty spectacular. Delicious warm homemade bread and butter. If you are in the area, make sure you stop to eat. We have not yet tried the buffet. The $10 sampler of homemade brews is an exceptional value.
