I come here quite often and am quite familiar with the quality of service provided. Today, I ordered food during the thursday night bowling league and was utterly disappointed. My food took forever to come and I figured it was probably a busy night. 35 minutes later my food arrived and it was as cold as it came out of the fridge. The top bun was cold to the touch and the bottom bun was over toasted. It was so hard I could barely swallow. Not only that, my wild fries did not look like the picture when I ordered it. It came cold, with no sour cream, and the cheese had hardened aleady. On a busy night like this, youd expect your kitchen staff to be on their A game or at least trying not to make their customers go home sick. I did not mind so much that they took a while, but the fact that my food came cold, there is no excuse for that.

Because its just a good place to go hang out with your friends or you know what people and just have some fun and you know just be away from you know stuff that is just too much on your mind and all that stuff so its just a good place to have fun and you know its just really fun to go bowling you know what friends and you know just see who wins and who doesnt win any know the points and all that stuff so you know and the people are pretty respectful theyre the employees and all that stuff and the people that work there so yes its great place you know to go and hang out you know 4 hours and a few hours should I say so its a great place I recommend you know a lot of people didnt go over there and you know just be there and have some fun with family and friends and then just people that youre wet you know.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. The wait was ridiculous because of a failed text to notify system and the employees had no idea how to handle the situation. Several people who were there before us waited an hr for a lane and just left even though there were multiple lanes open the system couldnt turn over a lane properly. The truly biggest problem is the cost. It was $21 for pitcher of beer. Yes $21 for 1 pitcher. All the other food was over priced as well. Then you order the beer to wait 20 minutes just to not have it taken to your lane and have to go up and order again and wait another 5 minutes. 3 games for 2 people was $65 after shoe rental. Overall a terrible experience. Go go cart racing, Go play laser tag, catch a live show do anything else just stay away from here.

I had bowled there from 2007-2012. In the beginning, I thought it was okay until 2010. I had a lot of bad experiences starting with the Party in the gutter league which ripped me off thanks to Danielle a former employee who didnt believe me when I told her I had already paid ahead for my last 2 weeks. Later that year, the 4 play league basically rejected me because and I quote " her average is not high enough " cliquish and discriminatory league I DESPISE because they discriminate against people with disabilities. The Sugar and Spice league is another joke of a league who are blowhards and ripoffs! AMF Sierra Lanes should be ashamed of themselves for having discriminatory, cliquish and dishonest leagues. It brings down the companys morale

I have received excellent service from all employees. If you have a complaint, first deal with it immediately face-to-face, then ONLY if it is repeated post a negative review. Otherwise, you are stupid and ignorant and rude. Last month a woman was socializing with the front desk instead of working the food service. She took 30 minutes for my decaf and 45 for my buddys hamburger, then she went home. End of shift: hey, why work!!! If you hate your job, do well, get a good reference, and find a job you like.

I scheduled a birthday party for my daughter who was turning 9 for a party of 15+ kids and their parents. I chose the highest package and had confirmed the party 2 days prior with the manager (Brady). When we arrived, nothing was set up and the manager was not present that evening. What a nightmare! Dont even think about having your childs party there!!! Obviously the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing!! Totally disappointed after scoping the place out 4 different times!!

This place is still owned by AMC but it was remodeled and had a name change. The facility itself is really nice and they now have arcade games. During my visit, on a Friday night, there were plenty of lanes open. We had a nice lady cater to our needs on the lane with no issues. Really good service. The only thing I didnt like was that they didnt have automated bumpers. So if you have kids, I recommend a lane for only kids and one for adults.

Our game kept messing up. The pins where stalling. We paid for 2 rows with both playing 3 games. The left row only played 2 times because the game stopped working. The staff didnt do much to accommodate us, they just watched from the counter. We stayed because its not every day my family gets together for fun. Most likely wont go back or recommend.

Ive tried taking my kids bowling 3 times and each time there are leagues bowling. It would be helpful if they had a specific time for bowling leagues and a set time for regular bowlers. I am tired of driving all the way out there only to hear that there will be an open lane in 4-6 hours.

Sierra lanes provides is a great place to spend a night out in Fresno. The staff especially the manager Andrew go out of their way to make you feel welcome and ensure you have a great experience. Cant wait to come back.

They really improved this place. Really amazing work from their part. They have huge screens and a great bar with a dinning area and the seats are better now. They food is great now but it is pretty pricey.

This was an amazing night. I wasnt expecting the bowling alley to look anything like this. Im used to.the out dated look. Mind blown. Deff coming back and telling everybody about it.

Not bad, its under construction so appearance is not too great at this point in time. We used a Groupon for a group of 10 of us, we ended up paying about $8ea for 2 house of bowling

Both baretenders are always friendly and customer service oriented. Theres this one guy that always goes and finds the right ball size and fit for me and brings it to my lane.

Great place to enjoy yourself and be playful as well as competitive. Pitcher of water is free. Bathroom needed some fixing up. Nice way to tire yourself out.
