Love the play equipment -- amazing large climbing/sliding structure with musical percussion features. Very large sand areas provide lots of room to dig and a safe space for swings and some great ride-on play structures such as a teeter-totter and spring-bouncing mini-dinosaurs. Sand play is enhanced by the availability of water at a bathroom with outdoor sink and water spigot. Kids love the two working excavators; sadly, as of this writing, one is missing a very necessary bolt, so its not working well. Hope to see it repaired soon, as its a real favorite. Ice cream truck regularly visits. The vendor is polite and thoughtful, very kind to the children. The bathrooms are usable, though less than perfectly clean; bring wipes and pack your own toilet paper. Some adults without access to their own homes sometimes sleep in the park and use the facilities. They tend to avoid the play areas and rest on benches which line a path through a very large, well-maintained grass field dotted with trees. Friendly neighborhood families with young children come and go, usually sharing toys and play equipment happily. A great park right on the 166 bus line, which stops at the corner. Be aware that the Westbound bus tends to arrive 5-7 minutes ahead of schedule at the stop at Amestoy and Nordhoff.

Good place to take your kids and make picnics here. It is pretty hidden so it is hard to see. Has a decent play area but I believe they need ti maintenance it a little more. The play area has a water mist pole that hasnt been working for awhile. In 103 degree weather it is important to have when children are playing. Water needs to be accessible. Also the ice cream truck that arrives. For you parents or people out there. Itll be the most expensive Gatorade and water you will ever purchase. Dont give that lady business.

Renovated, more rocks to prevent all out soccer fields. Tennis court, and a large L shape area means theres a lot of room for everyone. A nice view and is adjacent to a school, so the whole "school yard overlooking the park" feel is awesome.

Park has two children at areas, a basketball court, tennis court and a large turf area for picnics and playing. I would have given a five star if the bathrooms were nicer and had soap to wash your hands.

A great little park. There is plenty of street parking as well they have exercise equipment throughout the park lots of tables comma an ice path. I honestly cant say enough good things about this park.
