I enjoy going to Robinsons. Security is great. If a problem arises they are on it quickly calmly and assertivly. But will smile and open the door for us without staring us down like were being profiled like a few at running creek do. Cash cage emp are friendly fast and enjoyable. Mach techs are prompt when called for help and stay on top of preventative maitence. Most buttons work and take tickets and or cash easily. Restraunts both great service great food and accomodating. Reasonably priced. The only setback at times is a few of players club emp dont feel its there job to know when certain special match plays end. I was told to find out from someone else. In a totally differant dept. A simple positive response could be i dont know but ill find out. And find out . Its your job to know not ours to go find out. Any way robisons we know your going thru it but dont forget us dedicated customers day in day out that bring our few bucks in hopes of at least a decent good time of play. Loosen up for us a bit please. If your looking for a friendly casino good machines and one they gives back i say right here. Also the cleanest casino bathrooms The house keeping overall is the best of all lake county casinos.

We went for the Mothers Day special prime rib and Lobster tail for two for $30. We had to wait for over 30 minutes to be seated even though there were several empty tables. There were no bus boys and the servers had to bus their own tables. After being seated under a cold dirty A/C vent we got a waitress that reminded me of an old crackhead. Although she was nice she was missing teeth and had what looked like prison tats on her hands. I said she was nice but not a good waitress. The prime rib was mediocre. The lobster was only about four bites in size. It was more like a crawdad size. The broccoli was fresh but served luke warm. The soda was watered down. All this and we waited for an hour to get our food. We live locally and a couple times a year I go to Robinson just to see if I wont be disappointed. Ill give it another six months and be disappointed again. Robinson never has the same employees and there parking lot is always empty. The underlying reasons have to rest with management who has allowed these problems to happen. I think they rested on there laurels for too long. Running Creek down the road is killing them.

I give them 2 stars out of five at best. They are so tight they squeak. They used to give a coupon on Thursdays for $5 off an $8 or more food purchase. That has been reduced to $2 off an $5 food or more food purchase. Customer appreciation day is Sunday and it used to be "play 10 points to receive $10 in free play. Points and dollars are two different things when it comes to comparison. A point is more than a dollar spent. Now Customer appreciation day on Sunday is a whopping "play 5 points to receive $5 in free play. Really? Seriously? This is how much you appreciate your customers? Seven or more of us always did breakfast on Sundays and the free play was a big part of why we were there every Sunday. Now we wont be going for breakfast or the free play. Smooth move---powers to be. Lets see how well that works for you over time.

I noticed a free t-shirt & BBQ on Sunday. May, 29,2016 for Customer App. Week, from 3pm-9pn..., on FB.! Apprently, 1 of your employees posted that & mis-led customers, on the time! I was very upset that your Head Manager, wanted to see proof of that, when I told him several times, it was on FB... BTW, Customers Are Always Right! TYVM! Your company needs to get their act together or dont be in business! My best friend, finally, found it on FB, through her aunts phone & showed it to 1 of your managers, who took care of myself & my man! She rocks! The time: 7:15pm.... Keep her on the job, because she knows how to do her job! In the future, make sure the Head People, post stuff! Not some incompetent person, who works for your company! TY...

I have played and stayed many times and the staff has always been pretty nice and fairly helpful but on my last visit I brought my family down to the casino and many of the games were broke or would not take your money and I dont know what was going on with the staff but they seem to be a little less helpful to just flat out ignoring you and you try to get a machine to see if they can fix it and the security musta been having a really of night or a bad night because they were just down out right rude to myself in a few other people in my party so I guess after all this the next time I come down I guess I wont be coming back there maybe a go cross the lake I hear they have real nice casino across the lake

Our experience was terrible. Our lobster and prime rib arrived at our table over cooked and cold! Everything on our plates was cold! We wanted to let our server know, but she never came back to our table or even back on the floor!! We finally saw her after a good half hr or more (after we finally had to eat cold food) tried to wave her down and she still didnt come to our table! Both the wait staff and the kitchen are obviously not doing their jobs and management must not be around holding them to any standards either. We will never return. What a disappointment for our anniversary!

Worst service I have ever experienced! Waited 1 hour to be seated, then another hour after our food was ordered! We received salads, but no meal after the hour at our table. Four other tables that arrived after we did were given their meals. I got up and requested to speak with the manager. He assured us our order was taken and our meal would be "right out". Wrong, we waited another 10 minutes, no meal! We got up and left after waiting for over 2 hours to get food. We will not return and will not recommend anyone going to the Grill.

I dont go to casinos often, but decided to stop here to use the restroom. Its located right across from a gas station and impossible to miss from the road. Inside the casino smoking is allowed but photography of any sort is not (which is normal I assume). Before entering the casino I was overwhelmed with the smell of smoke and my nose was burning after being inside for a little while. I dont know enough about prices of the area, but 6$ for a coffee is a bit much. Overall, it was a very average and forgetful experience.

A tribe member in support of her tribal casino. I enjoy playing bingo once and awhile, but feel very unwelcome, if not known well by the employees. Not a very welcoming environment. Only ate once at the restaurant, that was 2 years ago and all tables were full of dirty plates and half eaten food. I prefer Running Creek now, feels more lively and welcoming and clean.
