I feel that this is the nicest casino in Lake County. Theres lots of casino games and they have special "swipe your card" day promos on Wednesdays and Fridays (as of this post). Its very well lit inside and out. The " players club" booth" is in a good location of the casino. I havent purchased anything from their gift shop- but it looks very nice and some items are very "sparkling)...definitely an eye catcher! They have free soda and coffee like other casinos and a restaurants. Theres a little snack bar for those of you not wanting to wait at the restaurant. Theres a few ways to get there if you live on the Northshore or West Shore if Lake County. It can be a little overwhelming trying to find your spouse/significant other if you are a "newbie " here...so stay close. Bathrooms are readily accessible....weird doors...lol...but not bad!

This hotel is great! The rooms are unbelievably large and are vegas style modern. My boyfriend and I have stayed here a few times and I just can not say enough great things! The staff is very friendly and more than accommodating! I have seen some people gripe about the price, but they are crazy! This is California/ wine country and to find a hotel in well... lets face it- the middle of what might seem like no-where this place is priced just above motel 8 and feels like luxury! We had to stay over christmas because my boyfriend had to work near by and they treated us like family! I would stay here any time. A few months go- We stayed at another hotel after a concert at Knockti and paid $79.00 for a crap-whole! If you are anywhere between St. Helena and Clear Lake- I would definitely stay here!!!

Was there once, with my family, all adults. Seems like you guys just miss a little coolness. I mean, really. I live about 10 miles down the road and maybe if you invested a little more in entertainment, instead of taking peoples money for pulling the guillotine, you might get more satisfaction by pulling people in with some real entertainment. Local alcoholics are great, but if you want to make money, good money, you gotta provide something that is lacking with every single casino around; fun. Hey, you own a casino, we NEED some cool stuff to spend our money on around here besides Hardesters. Get a grip, youll make out just fine.

I have stopped here a couple times with my friend, dropped a couple of $20s, next thing I know, I get a coupon book in the mail. I got a free night hotel stay, some more free play & $5 off of dinner. Incredible, I cant believe it, so stoked cuz tonight I brought my wife for the free night & dinner, which I cant say enough how good dinner was, & then, bam, I win $600 on a dollar machine. This place is friggin awesome, the room is very spacious & the bed is way comfy. The food is top notch & you dont have to be wearing a shirt & tie. Lol! I definitely recommend Twin Pines as a stop if you are traveling thru Lake County to Napa.

I would stay here for the smell alone, pine trees and crisp mountain air. No noise pollution since the rooms are far from the road. Beautiful hotel and casino, modern design, with a native american flair. The staff was wonderful, they were kind and courteous even at 1 a.m. when I arrived. The rooms are moderately priced, clean and a decent size. There are tons of amenities of course including Casino, restaurants, pool, Wi-Fi, and it is close to lots of great hiking. Great place to stay and play.

Have stayed here several times and I will rate the rooms at 5 stars, the restaurant at 5 stars, staff are professional and personal. They rate 10 stars! But over the years, the slots have been tweaked so low, its not even entertaining. I know I will loose all I bet, but now its not worth staying 2 nights. So for that reason, 4 stars. If you join their "club " they give great comps, but then again, why come and stay and all gambling is no longer worth it. Oh well, I am heading to Vegas!

Pleasant steak house atmosphere with good service, we were seated immediately and served drinks almost as soon as sitting down with dinner following right behind. The food was better than I expected, I had a ribeye steak and garlic mash potatoes. I had a slice of lemon drop cheese cake for desert and it was delicious. If you want a casual dining experience with great food you wont be disappointed. This place is also wheelchair accessible.

Its a nice casino, and the hotel rooms are big a decorated very nicely. I also have a lot of respect for all the times Twin Pine stepped up and became the staging area for fire fighters during the devastating wildfires in the past year and all the times they opened their doors to help those who were evacuated and those who lost everything. They showed what taking care of their own community looked like.

The Best Casino in Northern California! It is not the biggest it is the best! The employees are very friendly The food is delicious the chances of walking out a winner surpass all ither indian casinos in California and i have visited them all. Thank you twin pines for creating a fun filled environment that actually makes the guests feel welcome even after they have spent their play money.

Everything about this hotel is pretty much spot on. It has one of the lowest room rate with the proximity to Napa valley and clear lake. Food at the restaurant isnt expensive with huge portion. Live music every weekend. Lots of different slot machines and table. The only problem is their HVAC system not able to handle that many smokers

the best chicken wings that you will have in your life!!! the restart service is great and the food was really good, its a nice small casino, they where all book the night that we visit, thats why I cant comment about the hotel, that looks nice from the outside. If you are near Calistoga at night stop by you will not regret it.

We got lost while trying to find St.Helena mountain parking and ended up driving all the way to this casino. My girlfriens inquired within and an employee kindly told us the direction to the parking lot. Thanks to her, we got to hike and see the valley from top. Though i did not gamble, the place looked nice and clean.

Nice place to have fun spending time with the slots to kill a few hours. I am not a fan of the food there, a nice cafe with some items at $3 to $5 wouldbe great. Staff is always friendly and very nice. Several promos on different days, but have to spend $$ to get. Rooms are very nice and dont cost to much.

The rooms were nice and spacious. The sink and bathroom area were not cramped like most hotel rooms are. The furniture and the appliances were updated. And the room did include a microwave and safe. Only issue I had was that the WiFi signal was weak on the 3rd floor, but overall, enjoyable stay.

the band that was playing at the time we visited was very good. the food is also very good. the layout of the casino was changed and the flow is better with new layout. the atmosphere is festive most of the time and the log cabin motif makes feel like the old west times.
