There was a really rude male blonde worker with short spiky hair working on a Sunday night at 10pm First of all when we get there he over charged us one person extra in our group and didnt say anything and then when we realised we told him and he admitted he knew but didnt ever say anything and not only that but then he later went up to my 12 yr old little brother and told him to be quiet just because he was "cheering too loud" and everyone else in the room was cheering for their groups as well. My little brother was just so sad after the worker told him that and I was upset because he should have talked to one of his 4 siblings that are all adults instead of him first. He didnt apologise and made us leave by turning off our game. I asked for his name and he wouldnt give it to Me, and I was about to grab a business card and he ripped the tray out of the counter and walked to the back and took a couple mins to walk back out and then told me his supervisors name but he still wouldnt tell me his name. I took a picture of him and I am definitely going to call his supervisor tomorrow because that is not okay that he ruined a 12 yr Olds night when he was just trying to have a good time with his family, and kicked us out without a valid reason. Apparently you can only bowl here if you dont make any noise and they will overcharge you on purpose!

Ive been bowling here for over a year and no one has ever been rude to me or overcharged me. This is a great place to bowl, learn how to bowl, bring the family or just hang out with great people. Dont believe Jessica or America Guzman, I was there that night an that kid was so out of control. No normal 12 year old "WOO HOO" at the top of his lungs 10,000 over and over to where people are going deaf. the family kept egging him on the whole time even though it was quite obvious his behavior was making the bowlers on that side of the alley very uncomfortable causing them to leave. If the family which was all "adults" other than the 12 year old had any decency they would have asked him to quiet down a little before the other customers made complaints forcing the staff to kindly ask him to keep it down. This type of customer are the ones you hope so not return because they dont have the common courtesy for the other customers. I could say a lot more about the night but the bottom line is: This is a family owned center for all types of bowlers. They have great specials, tournaments, leagues etc. Give it a shot because the owners and staff truly are amazing and go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome.

Second time I wait and they arent open in time. Edit to this review, so there was like 5 people or so waiting for the place to open, we waited till about 20 mins past opening and eventually we got tired, I was the last to pull out as I had my son and needed to be placed in his car seat. As Im pulling out I see that some guy who had been waiting in his car the entire time gets out and goes to open the door once we are all pretty much gone. He literally just watched us all wait and didnt care, he waited for every customer to leave before he opened up. What a horrible employee.

Not sure if many people know but this bowling alley is under new ownership and it shows. Staff is friendly, pro shop operators are great theyll take time to watch you bowl and recommended a ball that will work with your style. Lanes are challenging yet fun, they usually have a sport shot of some kind on a few lanes to practice. The new owners take the time to meet and greet anyone they pass by while in the center. If you have not been there I recommend it, and if u have been there with a bad experience more than 9 months ago come back and see the difference.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This place has got to be one of the worst bowling experiences I have ever been to. Their signs advertise one price, but they sure dont follow it. Also, while bowling through both of our games, the games ended several turns before we actually finished! This place is a scam. All they want is your money. If you want an enjoyable night out, and a good bowling experience, LOOK ELSEWHERE! This place is outdated, overrated and constantly malfunctions. PLAYERS BEWARE!

They raised their prices on bowling games because of minium wage hike .. Blaming it on the govener.. So now the owner wants his costumor base to pay for the cost of employees pay raise. Its just a bowling alley theres very little over head. Just because you have never paid your employees a proper wage and now you have to give them a little more your trying to put it on your custumors. I wont be back anytime soon and Im sure Im not the only one...

Been coming here for years and never had a complaint. The staff is great and so is the new management. They have great direction as far as reinventing the center and work tirelessly to accommodate each individual and remedy any situation that might occur. They have an awesome pro shop as well that is open every day and will get you prepared for any type of bowling you do.

New management.Old place,but definitely cant wait to go back,the music is modern,up to date.Had a blast and though i had a coupon from the previous owners,they couldnt honor it but still kindly gave us the college discount..We have taken our 3 kids here,theres an arcade..our kids were actually mad we went out together without them because they wanna go back so bad lol!

I would give it 5 stars if they offered decent food. The food diner is trash, cooks are not properly trained, staff is friendly tho. not the cooks or people who run it, good place to drink and bowl but do not eat there unless you are desperate. As an alley 5 stars. As a place to eat 0 stars. Drink and bowl but tay away from the food.

Never had to wait or deal with overcrowding here. Very forgiving lanes. Nice staff. Mid day and early evening bar service is very slow. Very kid friendly environment. Very cool retro (older) bowling alley. Very reasonable and have specials all the time. Staff does make occasional mistakes but will work worth you to make it right.

Bowlium Lanes provided the perfect birthday party setting for my daughters eighth. The food and ambiance were excellent, but even better was the staff. They went over the top to make sure we were not just satisfied, but thrilled. Top notch all around, Bowlium!

Looks like they got busy with all their new promotions. But the lane and seating are that great. They took the center table out so you have to put your orders at the table on top. It was ok over all.

Awsome people. Bartender is swift and very nice. Good variety of different things to do there. Kitchen food is good not great but its not bad. Good vibes nice atmosphere. Kareoke is Awsome!
