Its a shame I cant give 0 stars. I have bowled and pretty much Every bowling alley in orange and riverside counties. And Ive NEVER had an experience as bad as I did at this location. We came here for a family event. Our group was using several lanes with a mixture of adults and children. Several of us had small children with us. Our two year old daughter had a small ziplock bag full of Cheerios and a sippy cup of juice. While we where all bowling an employee walked up and told us that no outside food was allowed and that we would have to throw away our two year olds cheerios. Seeing that they have absolutely NO food or drinks available in the food court that are appropriate for a small child... I guess small children or kids with special dietary needs are just expected to starve while bowling here. They then "insisted" we get rid of the cheerios and juice... If we hadnt been in the middle of a family bowling event I would have made a major scene and demanded a refund. We will definitely NEVER be bowling here again! (We being everyone in our group of about 30 people) All over a two year olds bag of cheerios.

After many years of bowling on Sunday morning I will now have free time. Effective 10/26/15 the open bowling prices were raised to $4.59 a game. That is an increase of 72% from 1.29 per game. Long term the across the board increases will shorten hours and they lose loyal long time customers. This will also cause layoffs in the staff. By only looking at the "bottom-line" they seem to be going against everything they advertise. A place where families and friends can come enjoy time together at a reasonable price. Many of my fellow bowlers are seniors and working people who live on a fixed income. Bowlmor/AMF wants to raise the rates, thats their choice. But I will be more selective in how my $$$ are spent.

Since bowl more took over lanes are dry. Ive seen them oiling lanes after the league ends. It was after just after 10 pm. No league or anyone else was bowling after our Thursday night league. Good bowlers have to work harder, bad bowlers good, and average bowlers suck. I do not recommend bowling here in a league anymore. Bowling at nationals is funner then bowling at this out house . They cant even afford pretzels, no free open bowling tickets for the league bowlers. Update its 9:30 pm and there oiling the lanes for open bowl. Management new ownership is horrible. Wish I could post pictures.

First off they got rid of their kids after school special which they had for years $4 something per game per person is outrageous especially for an 8 yr old then I ordered food off the menu board after paying saw my receipt and told them they overcharged me and was told the menu board is wrong they increased the prices and was showed a paper menu I was like WTF you cant do that! Bad business for sure Pins and Pockets Lake Elsinore all the way!!!

We had a birthday party on a Saturday at this place. Although we were told we could stay at our assigned lanes after bowling to have cake and ice cream, they assigned a group to our lanes and we were forced to move. The man acting as the manager at the front counter didnt apologize and blamed us for not telling him we were staying. He was unsympathetic to our concern and doesnt understanding the meaning of customer service!

Bowled league there for years. Usually friendly and helpful. Prices on drinks are fair compared to other centers. Machines are well maintained. During weekends it can be hard to get any open play in. They dont seem to cater to tournament bowling. Havent seen any roaches, but more importantly, havent tasted any. Food is not cheap. All in all a family place.

I came here on a friday with a fat group of friends. The bowling alley was completely packed which I thought was strange because bowling seems like a dying trend. Anyways we were told the wait would be several hours so we left. I stead we bought large ice blocks from Albertsons and slid down hills at the park. It was much more fun than bowling ever was.

Several lanes take 30 seconds or more to reload after a strike is bowled. Timers start as soon as you pay, lost 30min getting pizza and beer, And the wax guy interrupted a timed game without saying a word to us. Wont be going there again.

I think that its a great place to bowl just a bad place to eat. I saw a cockroach run across the counter and fall into the ice used for the soda. So now I dont eat just drink beer and bowl. Which is good enough
