Waterworld in Concord has thrill rides and family rides for all-ages. Now that they are part of the Six flags family again we were able to add unlimited admission for the summer on to our season pass for $15..a good deal! Usually it costs 40 dollars for a ticket.. but you should NEVER pay that! Costco sells admission for 25.99 or you can get deals online at their website. Parking is 15 dollars and on weekends you will end up in overflow down the street. They open normally at 10am and close at 6pm. The pools are not heated and are FREEZING, so I like to arrive around noon or 1, so the Sun has a chance to warm the water. You can rent an Inner tube but you really dont need to. People tend to leave them laying around in the wave pool or by the lounge chairs when they leave, and then you can use use one of those..Having a leg injury and being disabled because of it, I tend to stick to the wave pool and the lazy river. My 2 teenagers love the thrill rides. For younger kids they have a playground with water and a fun area with things like a lily pad obstacle type course. Usually 2 to 3 hours is enough before theyre ready to go. While at the park you can rent cabana, but youll pay an arm and a leg for it. You can usually find a chair or an area to set your stuff and Ive never had any problems with anything disappearing..However if you are concerned you can rent a locker for $12. I suggest bringing one of those waterproof cell phone pouches that way you can stick your car keys and a credit-card to have on hand if you need it. You cannot bring food into the park but are allowed a bottle of water per person. There are places to get a bite to eat inside the park, like corndogs, pizza etc, but youre gonna pay a fortune. They also have things like dippin dots and Ritas ice cream as well as a little store in case you forgot things like a towel. They also have a changing area and of course restrooms. I know its a fun water park and we enjoy our time there. I do wish they would heat the pools though .

Huge pool area. The waterslide options are ok. But I rode the ones that used tubes a couple of times. The lifeguards kept us cool while waiting by splashing water on us and blaming one another which was kind of funny. I read some dos and donts online but there was no enforcement of the clothing rules as there were people in with tshirts and shorts so you may be ok if you dont have an actual swim suit. I was allowed to wear my swim shoes on the slides I wanted too except the Tornado. So after hauling my heavy tube all the way up the stairs and waiting in line, I had to go all the way back. The lazy river has a nice waterfall that falls into it and attacts a crowd. Overall nice experience.

Was a lot of fun for the whole family! Helpful tips: get there right around when they open, lines are pretty short especially during the week its a breeze. **You can get out and get a stamp and come back in** They have 4 kiddy zones -1 for tiny tots but they allow the older friends/siblings to play as well -1 like in the picture for toddlers to middle schoolers lots of gadgets to turn, slides and a dump bucket -The mushrooms in the same area as the wave pool perfect for entertaining the little one while you watch the big kids -1 Slide and rope climb and smaller water slode area for the preteens.

Water slide with 4 slides up top took an hour after waiting for inter-tubes. Slides were understaffed, and the one young lady working was very unenthusiastic and almost seemed annoyed by slide goers. Wave pool was only half open, and really warm. Parking was horrible, had to park off site. Only saving grace was the food which was actually pretty good, and an employee offered free water during the wait in line. Overall, overpriced and not worth the money.

Waterworld Concord has a fun appearance, but much of the fun is taken away by the long lines. We decided to go on a Monday to try to avoid excessive wait times, yet we had to endure egregious lines and we ended up only going on a few rides. Food is expensive, definitely grab a bite before arriving. The entire experience was underwhelming, but it will still satisfy a younger audience. Kids under 15 will, most likely enjoy the rides and experience.

I used to *love* waterparks. As my carcass ages, it has become noticeably less resilient to being tossed around - not to mention it being a bit heavier than it used to be. I said dont mention it! Anyways - this place is now a Six Flags park, so season passers get to come for a few bucks more. Petty good deal. Of course the food is amusement park food - overpriced and under quality. Parking is $15 - booooooo. Couple of the rides are cool.

Too crowded and lines move VERY SLOW. Lazy river is supposed to be something you float down, yet most people have to walk it cause it requires a rented tube. Regular cement is used for most of the walking areas, so you have to use sandals between rides since it is just too hot. Before each ride you have to leave your sandals and run back to them after you reach the end of the ride. This place seriously needs to be updated.

Great place to come and ride the slides. I recommend coming early to get a spot, came today and a fat lady moved our stuff and got dirt all over. When we told her we got there first she started screaming and calling out racial slurs, we moved and talked with management and they gave us complementary tickets to come back, they were very helpful. Just make sure to not sit near fat ladies, they will take up the whole spot.

I was disappointed this time. Its been a while since Ive gone and there is a shortage of seats. It wasnt even a super crowded day but now they expect people to bring their own chairs and tents. Too much money not to be replacing their chairs and then they only had one staff at the concession stand so she took a few orders and then would stop to make them. Ridiculous! They are saving their money at our expense!

We rented a Cabana but the food we ordered didnt come out for almost 2 hours. We were served water without cups, very disorganized. We were comped for food and drinks so I applaud the manager for that. However, there are six major rides at the park and only half of them were open. So overall, average experience could have been better if rides worked and service was good for the Cabana section.

Gate attendants are more customer service oriented tgan tge rest but this place in general has very poor line management. The Attractions are fun and appear well maintained. Lots of options for tykes through active seniors. Good annual pass with six flags. Weird that parking was only for 6 flags and not Waterwirld. That was $50 more.

A fantastic water park! Its not huge, but it provided most of a days fun for us. The rides were awesome, food was good, and my wife and I had a wonderful time. Other reviewers are complaining about the wait and prices. This place has faster lines than six flags, cheaper food prices, and good food. Definitely worth going.
