Worse experience for CUSTOM SWIMMING LESSONS. I paid the additional fee to set the private swimming lessons around my schedule that did not occur. I showed for my second scheduled private lesson at 11:00 only to be told the private lesson was not available. Spoke with Angela only to be told she was only a swimming instructor coordinator and did not schedule the private lesson appointments. Appointments would need to be scheduled directly with the swimming instructor. I explained that is exactly what I had done, I had scheduled second private lesson with the swimming instructor. I then was told by Angela the instructor is a part-time employee and had already maximized her hours. I would need to schedule the remaining lesson the following week. WHAT IS THE MEANING OF CUSTOM SWIMMING LESSONS? A very dissatisfied customer. I would not recommend nor will I return as customer for any type of lessons with Aquatic Center.

This facility will not allow a parent swimmer to swim with a small child in a lap lane. This facility also bans a child from using a kick board while with a parent in order to gain needed skills to improve swimming ability.This facility is closed from 8am until 11:30am to all swimmers and opens only from 11:30-1:30pm, then it closes again until 5pm. Adult lap swimmers are squeezed between youth swim classes, with youth teams always getting the deep end lanes. The facility is closed Sundays and only has lap swim 7-10am on Sat. The management needs to open up this Competition pool to the public all hours of the day, and allow parents rights to swim with their children using kick boards to gain needed skills. Changes are needed !

The idea is fantastic. But they have stupid "safety" policies that arent. For example, only one person can be on a 4 person wide staircase at a time. No, not single file, not one person per level--one person on the entire three story staircase at a time. They have two completely separate tubes that dump out in two different areas, but only one person in either tube at a time. No, not one person in each tube--one person down at a time at all. You are not here to enjoy the pools. With the 20-30 minute wait to do anything, the stupid policies make that impossible. You are just here to eat the overpriced food.

Oh my God,horrible line,and I was there last week all I wanted was fresh fruit and i had to wait 2hours in line,I wish the fresh fruit was outside by the grill again,who ever time the fresh fruit back in should be ashamed,the fruit should be outside that way everyone knows theres Mexican corn,fresh fruit,pina loca,amazing but now its horrible please put the fresh fruit back out side by the grill were everyone will see how good and sweet it is

Great lifeguard system made me feel very safe letting my two boys swim. I was especially impressed with the lifeguards in the pool at the bottom of the slides. Bring your own food. Plenty of sun screen, hats, and sun glasses. Heavily used but still fun.

The facility is great! The competition pool is awesome - great for lap swimming year round. In the summer they operate water slides and water play areas for family members of all ages.

Awesome place! Kids love swimming here, no matter what age. Tons of lifeguards on duty so grownups can relax and soak up some sun. Great food on site too!

Very expensive. One of the main pools was shut down for.our whe visit.. Only kiddie pool available. $38.00 FOR 1 ADULT AND 2 KIDS. Disappointed.
