Didnt get side plates with the appetizer. So we had to reach across the table to cut our food and eat. We got the cheesy garlic bread which tasted really good. We ordered the lasagna and the chicken alfredo. I was kind of surprised that for 20 bucks a plate we didnt get any soup or salad with it. Drinks were good priced. No one checked on us and asked if our food was good. Servers were nice. Lasagna was burnt on top and way too much beef. Chicken alfredo was good. But like I said no side with it which I was surprised. Definitely over priced. Feel like you just pay for the environment. Dont think Ill be going back. The server did take off the appetizer cause we had to wait about 40 min for our food. And it was my boyfriends bday which is why we were there and I even put it on our reservation. Guess they dont do anything for birthdays.

Crush has a nasty habit of directing patrons to the worst seats in the house, while the good window seats go unoccupied. This occurs even though they advertise window seating overlooking downtown Chico and evem if you have requested window seating when you made your reservation. The staff are very unfriendly when you request another seat, and say they "cannot seat you there." If you persist, they say they will have to check with the manager. In the meatime, you stand there while they leave to consult with the manager about giving you another seat. They dont seem to care whether you stay or not. I found it very demeaning. Crush should be avoided until they learn that customers are paying the bill and dont want to be treated like children. Unless you want to be treated in this demeaning way.

We just had a wonderful Sunday evening here. The host gave us our choice of free tables, so we were able to take the window that looked down on our car so we could keep an eye on the dog. Everything was wonderful. Our waiter Justin was delightful, the martinis (one pomegranate and one grapefruit) were great, the polenta was amazing with mushrooms and parmesan - Ive got to try to duplicate that at home. We read the raves here about the chicken piccata and the bolognese so we each tried one and they are so yummy. Pleasant quiet music and lighting made just the right atmosphere. Prices were fair with lovely presentation, and the portions were generous. Will definitely be on our list of restaurants when we come through Chico again.

Really do not understand how anyone could give this establishment 3 stars or less. Recently sat at the bar for drinks , apps , and dinner. Jason was behind the bar and had endless knowledge about the drinks he was making and what was on the menu. Hands down he makes the best specialty cocktails in town. The apps were on point and dinner was perfect steak was cooked to the rite temp and crab cake was superb. The other staff behind the bar were also very courteous and polite. It is not the cheapest place in town but you get what you pay for. Hands down will return anytime for amazing drinks and food.

Came for a special night of Italian food. Happy hour was very nice. Dinner was o.k. but nothing to get excited about. Staff was trying to be big city but have no clue. Too many collage bros and hoes acting like they they understand what service is. Drop all of the fake caring and get it together on food and service. p.s. ( spend a few bucks and put a bathroom on the dinning room floor so patrons dont have to take the elevator or stairs to the basement for relief.

Ive visited Crush numerous times and have always left satisfied! The food (Ive had both appetizers and entrees) is great- very Mediterranean, and the lounge/bar area is fun. Its beautifully decorated, much like what youd see in the city. It can get a bit loud (being that its an open floor plan) but that is VERY typical of most upscale restaurants in Chico. This is not the place to go if youre on a budget... but its worth it!

Warm beef carpaccio had me a bit worried. Bartenders were snobby and we went without being greeted for about ten minutes at a ten person bar with two bartenders. Drinks were good despite the wait. Didnt get offered another round or more water until we were completely finished eating... Mostly good product, terrible service. Wont be back. For how over staffed they were this was pretty disappointing.

I went here and got the chicken garlic pizza (or something like that). It was decent but everything was priced soooo high. I know I could have gone to Papa Murphys and gotten a bigger and just as good pizza for a small fraction of the price that I payed. I must commend the bartender though for making the best drink Ive ever had. I had a mojito. It was amazing!

Customer service on important matters is not taken seriously. They care more on the first impression than the ending response with a customer. It would be better situated with a customer base if they would want to make a better last impression with a customer. Your longevity means more than the first impression.

I read a review that the bolognese was to die for and must wholeheartedly agree! I took my wife here for her birthday and we had a great time. The food was spectacular, our waiter Karim was great, and to top it off there was even good people watching over the balcony. Great restaurant...highly recommended!

Ive taken clients as well as my family to the restaurant, and the service and food have been consistently good, and the menu offers a lot of variety. The atmosphere is definately upscale, which leaves a good impression with clients. Try the Tuna Tartar, its very impressive.

So sad they dont have the roasted bone marrow on their menu anymore:( i loved it! They still have plenty of great menu options esp. pastas. Chicken piccata is one if my fav. Nice cocktails and happy hour food menu. I wasnt a fan if their bruschetta though.. too much cheese

Only the second time Ive been there. Everything, from the Moscow mule through the restaurant Week specials was damn good! Best restaurant meal Ive had in months. Be sure to have the salmon with fingerling potatoes...

Great entrees and excellent service, plus valet parking for 7 to 10 bucks including tip. Food might be a little pricey, (for a daily meal spot) but well worth it. Got to be one of the top 3 places to dine, in Chico.

This was my second time dining at this establishment. The service is great, the food fresh & delicious, and the company I had made the night even better. Crush is good place for a date or a night out with friends.

Our experience was terrific. Our waitress was attentive and very nice! We sat in the in the lounge area and shared cocktails and appetizers. Judging by the crowd, Crush seems to be the place to see and be seen!

Upscale dining and lounge. You can eat in the lounge or get a table. Fantastic appetizers and salads. Great filet mignon and pasta dishes. Closest thing to a Bay Area Restaurant that Chico has to offer.
