Had some friends in from out of town. we wanted to go out and play a few rounds of pool. The bar service is extremely slow. Nevertheless, we were having a good time until their thug security staff showed up. They make the environment very uncomfortable. After being there for about an hour playing pool and ordering food and drinks, I was ordered by their thug staff that I must remove my hat. It was a plain black ball cap with absolutely nothing written on it. They say they have a no hat policy starting when the "club" opens. But its only a no hat policy for thier "paying coustomer". All Their thug staff were still wearing their black beanies and their kitchen staff were wearing thier backwards hat. I was just playing pool not going to their "club". Bluefin seem not to care about its customer satisfaction. I will not be returning to bluefin in the future and will choose to spend my money elsewhere.

The tables are mediocre and the prices are high, but its near Cannery Row, so its to be expected. But really the problem is the staff. I have never seen such inattentive bartenders. And they were slow as all hell. when they finally did take your order. Then you get to the security staff. What a bunch of tools. They kicked out a guy for dropping his wallet and saying he was too drunk. The guy looked fine and he was actually polite to the bouncers until one of them kept pushing him all the way to the stairs(Right up to the stairs). The dude wasnt even resisting or arguing. I have no intention of going back. And recommend no one waste your time or money there.

The band "One A-Chord"that played Saturday night was awesome!! Blue Fin needs to have them again, they packed the house and looked like you guys were in for a surprise! You need to have more bartenders working for the polynesians that can get their drink on. Also, the band needs to play in a bigger area besides that room. GREAT entertainment, NO DOUBT!! THANK YOU!!

Not sure what these others comments are about but if youre in the area and want a drink, just stop in and grab a beer or mixed drink. Youll be just fine and just learn to be friendly! See Rachel. Its a dive bar/becoming a lounge, enjoy your stay.

Im sitting at a pool table been waiting for the waitress whom said said she was going to come and take our order. Its been 20 mins and had to walk to the bar to get a drink and order fries to eat. Place is dead, unorganized and staff is rude.

Double drink price and DJ was charging people to get on the top of the karaoke list. Didnt get a chance to sing for almost three hours as the same people sang over and over. He said, "they paid me, I got bills to pay." #¥+$@%.

I have only had positve experiences here with the bartenders and games. They have giant jenga sets that you can play for free and it is always a good time!!

Best place, so much atmosphere and the drinks are cheap! Plus there is ping pong and pool. The bar is so much fun, definitely worth your time !
