Dont let the picture fool you. Dogs are not allowed off leash and recently there is a zero tolerance policy. It has been enforced mercilessly. The ticket with court fees is $192.00. Its unfortunate that there is not an off leash area or other park nearby where a dog can chase a ball. I had just moved to town (literally the day before) and thrown one ball when the police drove across grass to ticket me. I had seen people in the park throwing balls for their dogs when visiting so thought it was o.k. since in the middle of the park there appears to be room where it does not interfere with other park activities.

Park and recreation truck. #26630 drove right on the grass few feet from the kids and people enjoying that area. I am sure Parks and Rec must have rules that prevents these people from being lazy and just walking a little bit instead of driving right through kids and people.

Small neighborhood park. Clean and quiet with newer equipment. On-leash dogs allowed only.
