This is a good theater but they did ruin the last Harry potter for me. The 3d screen was not centered so the movie previews were really blurry even with the glasses on. We complained and then they tried to fix it but then failed to turn off the background music and lights off when the movie actually started. We watched the first scene with the death eaters and voldemort to cheesy elevator music. Only when we again complained did they come in and rewind the movie for us and fix the sound. This was all seriously annoying because I was so psyched to see this movie and I watched it with feelings of annoyance. They should've give everyone in the theater free popcorn or something. Yeah they have comfy seats so they get some stars but serious loss of stars due to poor service. If you watch 3d here you might be taking a huge risk on quality of your experience.

Just went to the Kirkorian, and to do so had to drive about 45 minutes to get there thus passing by many other theaters along the way..... the point is: it was worth the drive! Not crowded .... not an epicenter for belligerent, extremely rude, loud-mouth teenagers (that take calls while the film is on) ... very clean and obviously well maintained facility ... great sound .... great seats ... great 3D experience. You get what you pay for, and it is worth it, so I would consider the price here a non-issue. Some theaters are so full dirt and crapy clientele that it is not worth going to the movies .... but not here. The KIRK was great! The theater is located toward the rear of the shopping mall ... plenty of parking. You will like it ......

I used to like this theater. And i still do. Reason for the 2 stars. My problem was with who i assume was the manager. Yesterday he was the only one at the ticket window. Well. 3 people in front of me all used their cards. When it was my turn. He felt the need to also ask for ID. Kinda odd seeing how he didnt ask anyone else... When i walked away with my ticket, the couple behind me also paid with card but he didnt ask for their ID. So. It was actually kinda embarassing and i probably wont go back just for that reason.

This was the first higher end theater nearby. The seats are comfy, but they dont recline fully, the armrests most up so you can cozy up to your partner, and the theaters are overall, pretty clean. The only problem is that just a few miles away in Fullerton, the AMC offers fully reclining seats, alcohol, service to your chair, and all for the same, or cheaper, price. Most of the time, unless were in a bind for time or Krikorian is playing sooner, I would rather make the drive to Fullerton.

One of the few theaters worth mentioning in OC. Really laid back, not too crowded, and plenty to do in the area if you got there before your movie starts. Greats seats, quality picture, and an amazing lobby.tickets are usually cheaper than compared to the other major theaters in OC. Recommended for family, friends, and fun times, not so much for dates. Customer service is what is expected from teenagers.

This is one of my favourite movie theaters, even though its further from my house than some others. This theater has comfortable seats that push back to recline slightly. I can easily sit with the armrest up and lay my head on my dates shoulder while we watch. Plus, there are tons of restaurants nearby and great shops to look at while youre waiting for your showtime.

Clean seats. Been here a bunch of times and its pretty clean. Floor isnt sticky like other places. When you first enter, you get the vibe like your in an old theater. Sound and screen quality is great. No busted speakers like some other run down places. Food is expensive as always but thats just how it is at the movies now.

I love the theatre itself. But I have been here twice and the smells are horrible. I dont know if the carpet needs cleaning or its the plumbing but it is horrible. I have tried some of the popcorn as well and been sick the rest of the week. Even though its the closest theater to me I wont be coming back.

My favorite theatre! Even when I moved to Downey, my husband and I would drive down to Buena Park to see a movie at this theatre. Friendly staff, roomy and comfy seats, and plenty of theatres showing different movies. They even have a few video games if you get there to early and want to kill some time.

I like to watch newer movies here because there arent as many people filling up the theater. They have military and student discount unlike Edwards cinemas. Plenty of parking, but you might need to walk a bit since there are a lot people here going to the other places in the Buena Park Mall.

If you really want to see that movie the second it pops out, heres the place! You wont wait in line forever for a ticket, or have to deal with multiple sold-out shows, cause the location isnt in downtown Fullerton. Its comfortable, classy, has plenty of showings & great sound. Ahhhhh....

the seats are bouncy just like i like them. its always nice a cool inside the viewing room. the sounds is klipsch. your getting really nice sound. and over the past years coming here i have never had an issue here. its a favorite movie theater absolutely.

We recently moved to the area and were looking for a nice theater nearby and this one takes the cake. It is clean and it always has seating available regardless of how popular the movie is. We have gone many times and will not go anywhere else.

Really fun movie theater with a huge space where you can look around and see some movie trailers when youre in the lobby.So if you to want to do a bathroom stop and/or watch a movie with good popcorn then come to this fancy movie theater.

I love the atmosphere, sparkly sidewalks and fountains, nice inside, seats are the kind you push down with you butt but still wide enough, not overcrowded the hotdogs are good and fresh, popcorn could have a better taste but it was ok.

I LOVE this movie theater! Its very clean & has a beautiful feel to it. Makes me feel like back in the day ok the outside & in. Very vintage but modern at the same time. The employees are very nice and always greet you with happiness!

Lazy unprofessional manager. Staff there are wonderful very kind and professional actually move and help but the manager she was horrible and lazy. The place is clean even with the horrible brooms that the staff have.

Nice looking theatre inside with decent staff. However inside theatre chairs were filthy and floors were messy. Not sure how often they clean, but would be nice. Other that the film watching experience was fine.
