They have some huge amazing screens... & some tiny pathetic screens not worth 1.00. My last experience was horrible. Went to see warcraft 3d. Was given a dirty used pair od 3d glasses the ticket girl tried to spray with windex. Movie started over 30 min late only after i got up twice TWICE! to tell some one. Then they kept the theater lights on. I tried to tell the staff 3times that the lights where on & they stayed on. The glasses where really small lensed & extremely unsanitary. After about 20 attempts to scrub the grime off & failing i fallowed the last people to walk out . They where already engaged with the manager arguing over a refund. So i walked out in disgust vowing never to return.

My friend and I watched "Snatched" here on Saturday afternoon, and Channel (omg! sorry, I dont remember if it was 1 n or 2... ) the young woman serving up the pop corn a sodas, was fun, friendly, and personable. She was customer service, and then some. A total A++. Her delightful banter, while processing our order, really made our day -- and she even asked us on the way out how we liked the show. Im only sorry I dont live in Lakewood, or this would be my go-to movie spot. Kudos to Pacific Theaters for having a great staff, all round.

Went to the concession stand to get snacks before movie and Lexi one of the staff was having a very inappropriate conversation in front of multiple customers about one of her colleagues that was not present at the time. Describing her race and saying, "she is average I mean she is not ugly just average". When customer in front explained it was an inappropriate conversation, she then purchased her items walked away. Lexi rolled her eyes and did a laugh smirk. Very disrespectful and not a good representation of your facility.

Each ticket cost around $11.00-$12.99 on a daytime & who knows how much they charge at night. For a round pizza with 4 slices (Look like a kids meal version), it cost $8.99 & it doesnt come with no sides & drink. Not only is super expensive, this place is dirty & I always find ghetto people there who cant shut up during the movie. The only reason why I go there is because is more closer since I live 8 minutes away instead of going to Regal Theater in Carson or The Pike Cinemark.

REALLY TO DAMN GHETTO: I will only go back If they get rid of those LOUD people...you know who im talking about. I grew up in and around Lakewood It wasnt until in the middle of 2000s when these loud people showed up in crazy groups, not only that but I would love to go to the Movies without seen 2 cop cars sitting out front, and still seeing them after the Movies, until then Im sticking with Edwards Theaters until they clean up the certain loud mouths.

I last went here to see War Dogs with my brother. It was a late showing so tickets were easy to get. Concessions stand line was nonexistent due to the time. We went into the theater and were surprised we were the only ones in there. It was a very small one. The kind they use for movies nearing the end of their run. It was still an interesting experience having an entire room to yourselves where you could MST3K everything.

The theater itself is fine no problems there the problem lies with the clientele that it attracts. You know those certain individuals that are very loud obnoxious. Rude are are always in a group. You know who im talking about. Well it seems like they all want to go to this movie theater which really kills the experience. Its too bad because it is a nice theater.

Clean and organized security reinforcement for monitoring.. they do need to work on remodeling their seats and redoing the carpet... thats my recommendation a lot of the new theaters that have Lazy Boy electronic seats they need to keep up with the competition this theater is in the most convenient place for an old-time City of Lakewood need to keep up

Pro-tip: Go before sun-down (as of this writing, any time before 6PM). No ones there, its usually super quiet, and no police cars in sight. That means a great movie going experience! Service is great, staff are nice and friendly. 5 stars for any time before 6PM 1 star for any time after. This place gets stupid after hours.

Theater is okay - nothing spectacular. I saw the new Star Wars movie in Theater #2. There was a an old musty smell in the theater - it needs a good cleaning. The pre-movie advertising is projected so dimly, they werent even viewable. Either project them in a viewable brightness, or dont display them at all.

I cant believe you people. Complaining about the "Clientele" really? What should management do? The police cars you see parked there at night...take another look...nobody in them...its to discourage what you all call unruly Clientele. I have lived in this neighborhood all my life...its perfectly safe

I like coming here during the week. There are a lot less people during the week. My issue with this theater is that there always seems to be a problem(the projector out of focus or shaking). The last time I went the lights didnt turn off until 5 mins into the movie. Overall the theater is okay though.

WTF IS GOING ON HERE? went to see sausage party, and the damn lights in the theater were still on. Had to miss my movie to tell them to turn the lights down. the theater room had the wrong movies display and showtime as well. Smh. Not coming here on a weekday where everybody stands around.

Went to go and see a movie that is posted on this site as 9:25 . I get there and the movie 13 hours is not playing at that time. Its wrong on the Web site. The great staff working there informed me never to trust this Web site as it is always wrong. So much for smart what?

we are waiting for The 8 oclock showing of pixels to start on screen 10. August 1st. We thought that we were in the wrong screen. ...we werent. It was dirty and hasnt been cleaned at all! I paid $32 to sit in a filthy theater! Really???!! Sucks to that!

Not a regular here (anymore) as much as when I was a youth. The theater we viewed a late run movie in was small and dated by todays standards. The picture was fine and the sound was good so not a bad experience. Definitely better than I can do at home!

The upholstery on many seats is either dirty, torn, or in some cases missing from the armrests. The seats are way overdue for refurbishing, particularly in the smaller theaters (of which there are many, #15 and #16 being the worst.

You guys are horrible!!! If I could put no stars I would. Customer service is horrible, your staff you attend to the needs of all customers IN NEED especially young children who have been INJURED in your theaters!!!! HORRIBLE.

I like the quietness and nice staff. If people attending knows how to behive in public with more consideration to the other clients and to the assets of this entertainment place it would be a more visited place in Lakewood.

Ive beening going to Pacific Theaters since I was a child. With the clean environment and friendly staff I can see why its still standing. The prices are a bit up there but I feel safe every time i take my child there.
